Ana Serrato-​Mendoza has been an esthetician in Orange County for 13 years. She was trained by Anastasia in 2001 and went on to become a certified micro-​pigmentation technician in 2003. Since then has done hundreds of beautiful natural looking permanent brows. Providing clients with natural brows is Ana Serrato-Mendoza’s specialty!
