History
Established in 1947.
«Viebeck’s Bakery», was the name of this family run bakery, specializing in German and Danish pastries, then in 1987 changed to «The MIll Bakery». Leonard Kloberdanz, the baker, has been baking with the same recipies ever since. Adding Donuts and traditional Mexican pan dulce, to the daily fresh baked variety.
