David Kim was rude and condescending. My husband and I are looking at a second home in the Santa Barbara area. We called him to ask to be shown some homes. I guess our price point wasn’t high enough. He dismissed our request. «You won’t be able to find a home at that price ($ 500k-​$ 750k).» We explained we weren’t adverse to a condo. «Yeah. That’s about all you’re gonna get.» Then he told us he could email us a link. I have 9 listings with houses in the area we want AT THAT PRICE POINT! RUDE RUDE RUDE! and he was truth challenged. Yeah… Sorry we aren’t looking to spend a couple million. He gives Santa Barbara a bad name.
