Make It Work was formed on the visionary idea of bringing personal, high touch technology services to the home with same-​day service, instant response and an approach to customer delight never before delivered.

Our business model is simple but rock solid — delight every customer one at a time, from the moment they first contact us through the follow up to their service visit. Anything short of this is failure. We call it Extreme Customer Service and we mean it when we say it! Our goal is to delight every customer or provide a full refund.

In 2006, Make It Work was named Software Services Company of the Year by the Software Council of Southern California, and in 2007 made it to the Inc500 list as the 78^th fastest growing IT company in the US.
