History

Established in 2010.

Kapernekas Property Management & Investments is a new entity with seasoned consultants and employees on board.

The experience doesn’t end there. We have been actively managing real estate investments for over 60 years. Tom Kapernekas is the new managing Broker/​Officer of the firm since 2010 and he is FINRA licensed since 2000 with a Bachelors of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-​Champaign.
