This is the gold standard in customer service. I have been involved in service planning with McDermott Crockett in the past and Jennifer, Israel and Billie go above and beyond. Am currently dealing with another mortuary in another city and am certainly not receiving the quality of personalized customer care that I have experienced in the past with McDermott Crockett. They have raised the bar and I know that all my future needs will be entrusted in their capable and caring hands.

They still have not gotten death certificates as they repeatedly promised. Then, they wanted to charge us again for the same unfinished task. Unbelievable!
