IF I COULD GIVE THEM zero stars I would.
The staff here are super rude!
I give them 2 stars just cuz they have nice clothes
I entered the store which was empty from other shoppers asked for someone to help find my size
The rude employee not only she let me wait for 15 min until she came to help me, and when finally the multi talent came to help me she rolled her eyes at me and took a deep breath like I was a nuisance. Shame on you savvy SHAME ON YOU!
P.s:
I usually give only good reviews and tell only positive things but this time I was just pushed over board.

The staff was incredibly rude. It was my first time trying Toms. Normally I wear 37.5 Nike so I asked for 37.5 and 38 just incase. They were a little too tight for me so I asked for 38.5 She was pissed off like she she found out that her husband cheated on her with a guy! She went to get the shoes and threw them on my face then turned to greet another white customer who just walked in nicely. How rude was that?! I wish I could give less than 1 star. If you are not American, this place is not the right place for you.

My wife was introduced to Toms for the first time at this store. Patient explanation of sizing & fit. She’s now a big Toms fan thanks in part to the great customer service here.

I’m a little surprised this place got such a terrible review considering I had a fairly good experience here. Although, to be fair, I came here for a very specific thing: Toms.
They have probably one of the largest selection of Toms in terms of both color and style that I have ever seen. There really is only one girl working here so I can see how you will have a long wait when it gets busy but it wasn’t too bad when I went.
I love that I could try on different styles just to check them out since even when you go to Nordstroms, the carry a small selection and not all of the varieties. I guess if you need Toms, come here!
