Affordable, knowledgeable and great customer service. They don’t rush you and advise on which cartridge to buy as a backup, etc. Definitely a repeat customer here!

I have been using this place for several month now and have refilled 4 times. The last time I refilled the cartridge was empty about 3 weeks before the estimated use, I called the place to complain that the cartridge was not refilled properly. They refused to accept it and said that there is no way that it wad filled short.
I did not ask for a discount or a free refill but for the to investigate it.

HP and their ridiculously overpriced ink cartridges. Does anyone else feel like there’s some extortion going on? They practically give away their printers and then charge you you up the wazoo for the ink. $ 31 for an ink cartridge that prints 330 pages? That’s almost 10 cents a page. Ripoff, racket, anyone?
Ok, enough ranting about the HP ink. I came here in hopes of breaking the HP ink mafia but failed. Purchased a refilled cartridge for $ 15 (yes, that’s half the retail price of HP brand cartridges) in Dec. Installed it and worked. The guy at the store tells me my laptop won’t register ink levels but other than that, it will work. Earlier this month, trouble starts. I get a cartridge error message but it goes away after restarting. Today, no luck, cartridge error message stays despite trying several google-​found methods.
So I return the cartridge without the receipt and the guy gives me my refund without questions. He says HP is making it more difficult to use refilled cartridges. He also suggests if I should consider replacing my printer, they can provide some recommendations of printers that work fine with refilled cartridges. Brother printers was what he suggested. Sure good for their business too I’ll bet.
Great service but a shame that HP printers don’t work well with refilled cartridges. Once these cartridges run out, I will start looking at other options. HP, seriously, you need to stop this ink cartridge extortion racket.

Refilled several cartridges for a HP printer. It turned out one actually had quite a bit of ink in it and the salesperson, Mike, pointed it out to me and saved me some $$$$ by suggesting I refill it at a later time. The customer service was extraordinary and the entire refill took less than 10 minutes. Upon leaving, Mike suggested I call ahead next time so my cartridges will be ready upon arrival. My time is valuable and they get it. By the way, the cartridges work great.

2^nd visit, good customer service both times. Cartridges don’t last quite as long as OEM & I wouldn’t recommend using them for image printing. I just print occasionally & mostly grey scale.
Paid $ 30 for two cartridges (Canon color & black); Amazon price would have been $ 41, no tax, free shipping.

I gave it another try and went back a couple of weeks ago. I was gonna purchase a refill for a black and color cartridge also. Since I wasn’t sure if they both were empty I asked the sales person if he had a way to find out. He was very friendly and I ended up purchasing the black one only. Still using the colored one. Thanks!

This was my first time coming here and I was a pretty good experience. I called beforehand to see if they were able to refill my ink cartridge and associte was very helpful. My cartridge was done in less than 10 minutes and it was a really good price.

Went to this store after having a couple of bad experiences at the Cupertino store. Very happy with their service. My refills were ready on time. My black cartridge ran out of ink but my printer did not pick it up, the man checked the cartridge and found that the filling point was a bit loose. Now he could have just filled it and charged me, but he said there was a risk of leakage, he even offered to pull it apart and try to fix it. I am not that attached to my cartridge and I had a spare so he recycled it. Thanks again.

You get what you pay for. In this case, not much. I wish the guy around the corner was still there, because I never had a problem with his ink. I replaced all of my cartridges with ink bought at this cartridge world and have been getting totally inaccurate colors, waaaay off the mark.
The service was fine, and the guy who helped me was great, but I didn’t go in there for the experience.

this place is as good as it gets… my printer has been out of ink for about 8 months, the reason… i refuse to pay 150 bucks for ink… i have trying other places, but they always tell me that they don’t refill Epson… anyway, i finally got to this place, and within seconds i had an awesome costumer service, they were fast, friendly and very helpful,…and the best thing… i only payed 60 bucks for my ink…$ 150 down to $ 60 bucks… you do the math… this place is awesome, i highly recomend it.

This is the best cartridge world location that I have dealt with. All of the other locations (and other chains too) have had people on the phone that have been unhelpful, or have not called me back after they say they will check their stocks. There are other locations closer to my office, but I go out of my way to get to this location because the owner is so helpful. you can set up a corporate account if you allow a credit check, then they will bill your company.
