I specialize in helping you re-​adjust your priorities and focus on what’s really important in life. When you can identify these things for yourself you can move forward in an authentic way and start living the life you always imagined you would, and deserve to live. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples desiring better relationships with themselves and others.

I provide a warm, non-​judgmental environment for you to explore all aspects of yourself, mining for both limitations and strengths to bring your best self forward. This allows you to discover your passions, develop your strengths, and identify obstacles for facing life’s challenges.

I’ve had extensive experience with self-​esteem issues, co-​dependency, setting boundaries, work/​life balance, and dysfunctional family dynamics.

I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of CA. Through my own own trials and challenges in life, as well and my education and extensive professional experiences in a variety of settings I understand and teach key aspects to living a happy, healthy and productive life. I am a current board member for the CA Assoc. of Marriage & Family Therapists, Santa Clara Valley Chapter. I also train pre-​licensed therapists as a clinical supervisor at Palo Alto High School.
