Is it correct that Santa Clara Co. court administrators pressured Unilocal to remove negative reveiws of certain judges? Mine has disappeared. See Persky Aftermath: Santa Clara Tries to Shut Out Media and Criticism of Courts at

This county has major issues inviting investigation by the FBI: void orders, properly filed docs disappearing from courthouse so appeals are denied, due process violations, refusal to order fees under FC 2030 to qualifying parties, ex parte contact between certain judges and attorneys, bias, and more. So, are websites being pressured to remove postings that embarass the Santa Clara judiciary? Let Unilocal respond and tell us if they have been contacted and/​or pressured by the courts.

These guys suck so bad! They won’t accept partial payments, so I pay in full, then report a day after the check clears my account and still claims to hold the funds for 7 business days. On the 8^th business day, reports it has been paid then I play the waiting game of 5 more business days before the courts reflect my ticket cleared! Really?! That’s what my tax dollars pay for?

This place is an absolute fraud. The fact they charge so many fees with a lack of information is a disgrace to the county and state, and proves a lack of investment on L&D.
Every question I asked the clerk regarding payment fees was answered by, «I’m not sure about that.»
The «have a good day» comment by the clerk and sheriff is an insult to my intelligence.
For the future: First payment has a 10% service fee, and $ 5 POS processing fee.
Every subsequent payment will be made through a collection agency (part of dept of revenue). All payments made through the phone or online will inquire an additional 2.5% on each payment. The only way to avoid this is to send in a check or money order.
Lastly, the clerk gave me the wrong number. I was «waiting for the 2 people in front of me» for 20 minutes. Ultimately I ran out of time, had to make a decision, and found out the information above afterward.

In my opinion the judge (Lxxx) in this court room was very disrespectful and very impatient with my case.
Louis Vuitton sold me two bags with badly tarnished metallic hardwares. I demanded Louis Vuitton to take full responsibility of their mistakes in selling me these bags in a form of refund or replacement of the bags. Louis Vuitton argues that the designs of the two bags I have are classic and they suppose to tarnish because they used gold-​plate over brass and that’s how they suppose to look. Oh, whatever!
I would not have purchase those bags if I was told they tarnish over time. For that Louis Vuitton staffs had no comment, and they said the people sold me that bags no longer work there so they can’t really trace back to them. I don’t care if they still work there because that’s not the point. The point is I walked into Louis Vuittion with $ 2,000 wanting to make a purchase. I asked questions before I decide which to buy. Why their sales associates decide not to tell me the whole truth about their products was not my fault. Those people were in uniform so Louis Vuitton should be responsible for their actions!
Now the bags have problem — premium price but not premium product in return. I thought the wise thing for Louis Vuitton to do was apologize for selling me the defected bags and replace them for me at once. The leather on the bags are in excellent condition because they were rarely used. Instead, Louis Vuitton representatives continue to argue the case with lame excuses. They offer me free repair which will involve taking all the stitches out, replace the metal hardwares and then restitch the bags back. What does that accomplish really? In a year or so that damn metal will tarnish again. Besides, take out the stitches and restitch? You fxxxing kidding me! That would make my bags damaged goods, no?
The judge didn’t see it that way. Matter of fact, she didn’t want to see my bags at all. She said everything has depreciation and I should not ask for a full refund. I didn’t agree with her because my reason for refund was due to manufactured defect and not depreciation. Oh, the moment I disagreed with her she can’t hear me any further. She made a judgment that no money will be awarded to me on this case. And she stated for the record that ‘I enjoyed the most out of these bags”. If home girl took a look at my bags and see how good the condition of the bags then she would know that I didn’t enjoy these bags because they were sitting in my closet due to these tarnished metal hardwares.
Interesting judgment I thought. Even she didn’t think I should ask for full refund, and due to depreciation shouldn’t there be at least some money? It was not about the money anyway. If it was, I would have accepted Louis Vuitton’s offer for free repair. Have the bags pretty-​up and sell them out…
Anyway, in short — the judge was disrespectful because she kept mispronouncing my last name after she asked me for the correct way of saying it. Impatient, because she made a judgment with premature understanding of details of this case (she didn’t even look at my bags), stupid bxxxx!
