He is an absolute amazing person and makes your home search task very simple for you! Very personable, and easy to connect. He understand your requirements and situations very quickly, and is always willing to make the necessary adjustments.
He’ll tell you both the pros and cons of a property with no bias. He gives you very honest opinion and reviews about the place. Unlike other agents, he’ll not push you to bid higher. Instead, he’ll make sure that you put in a very competitive offer within your budget for something that you can call as your HOME! Luckily, I was able to close my entire house hunt in 3 weeks.
He is always on the buzzer starting from putting in your offer, paperwork, following with your lender, seller’s agent. He’ll get your home protected even before you actually become owner of the place. He has many tricks in his bag to get you the real deal. (Won’t be disclosing his secrets here!!). He also gets you a gift which you’ll love after you get the house.
He also gives you a detailed powerpoint presentation about every possible aspect of the house. He definitely does his homework! Work with him, and you’ll understand what I am talking about.
Trust me, if you have him as you agent, you have nothing else to worry about. Just go and sign some papers, and that’s it. In fact, he’ll go out of his ways to double check if everything looks good.

We worked with Randy & Vinh for buying our first home. In bay area, it is not easy for first time home buyers to find their dream house. Equally tricky is finding a realtor who understands our taste. They are very helpful and professional with lots of patience. They explained about all the paper work clearly and accompanied us to all the open houses. This my home purchase experience with Randy and Vinh.
I’m a first time buyer, approached Randy seeing all the reviews here. At first meeting he explained all the details and process of home buying experience. Went to lot of open houses and was mostly accompanied by Randy or Vinh, they would give their honest and valuable opinion. Never felt rushed to close the deal and put an offer, they would do research, present and explain all the documents and asked me if I was comfortable going forward. Randy is also very prompt with email and phone calls, it helps when trying to close a deal. Also gave references for lenders, contractors and escrow. All in all, no regrets in having them as my buyers agent and everything worked out well.

As first time buyers, we interviewed several real estate agents before we decided to go with Randy and Vinh.
From the first meeting, Randy and Vinh impressed us with their patience, field knowledge, and a well-​done informative presentation regarding the whole purchasing process and the current housing market. Interviewing 3 different sets of agents, they were by far the most prepared agents that we interviewed. They even had a power point presentation with an accompanying spreadsheet. As tech geeks this was a perfect match for us.
Vinh was always early for our appointments to view properties. We simply e-​mailed or texted him 24 hours before we wanted to see a property and either Vinh or Randy would work around our schedules. During the house search process, they came to every property we were interested in and gave us their professional opinions on the place by guiding us what to look for around the house and what to pay attention in the documents such as inspections, HOA and etc. When we decided to make an offer on a place, they used the spreadsheet with comprehensive comparison data to help us bid competitively.
In addition, our transaction was more complicated than a regular one with seller’s credit, loans, and the unexpected incident during the closing that caused a delay over a month. Randy and Vinh helped us understand and figure out every step at this complicated closing to make sure we were absolutely comfortable and happy about the house. Randy even went extra miles in terms of dealing with our loaner who unfortunately didn’t provide the best experience and coming to the signing to make sure we were well taken care of.
We would highly recommend Randy and Vinh and will not hesitate to use them to buy or sell properties in the future.

I moved up to the Bay Area from Orange County and wanted to invest, but had no idea about where is a good area for investment. When we first met, Vinh asked me of what my preferences and criteria are so he can put together a list that targets my needs to reduce my time and energy. As promised, he came up with a listing of houses that match my criteria and preferences. He showed me three houses, and quickly recognized that I wanted something more. He figured that if i want to buy and rent out, the house would have to be in good conditions and it must be a positive income in order for me to invest. After two days, he gave me a list with a few houses for me to look at. When he took me to the house in Evergreen area, the house looks very nice from the outside and the inside is newly remodeled. I decided that I want to make an offer for this house. Vinh went out his way to negotiate with the seller to fix the lightings and change the carpets for me and the offer got accepted.
I truly appreciate the caring, integrity and professionalism from Vinh. Because of him, I was able to get the house fixed, and closed the loan within 4 weeks. The house has been renting out with positive income, but i will soon to sale because the value of the house went up a lot and that’s another thanks to Vinh for getting me the right house at the right time.
