Thank you so much for making it happen! I had a rush job for my friends memorial golf tournament, and AK Printing stepped up to the plate and had me order done within 30 minutes!!! I will be back.

Oh Yea! AK came through AGAIN in a major way!
AK was able to handle all of our invites, programs, thank you’s, yard signs and much more for our 500+ person wedding! Aiden at AK was incredibly affordable and understanding. He bent over backwards to help me with every facet of our job.

I’m giving this little gem 3 stars.
On a Monday, I went in requesting a next day order for 100 holiday postcards. I provided the file, specific desired text, and prepaid for my order. I was informed that I would receive a proof before the end of business; unfortunately it was never sent. My order was scheduled for pick up the following day by 2pm.
Tuesday morning I called to check the status as I hadn’t heard any follow up; I was told I would get a call back. Later on, in the early afternoon I received a call from a not so nice chick, requesting that I approve the order immediately if I wanted to receive my order on time. Fortunately, I was home, near my laptop to view the order. Otherwise the ordered would have been delayed. The postcard design wasn’t what I paid for; the designer took the liberty of adding graphics and text that I didn’t request. After a few back and forth calls and emails I finally received a proof of what I ordered.
To my pleasant surprise the order was ready on time! The final postcard turned out great. Their prices are extremely reasonable; I would totally use this place again. I’ll just avoid the next day service.

These guys totally rock. They are friendly and helpful. They know their craft, and they return excellent work in reasonable time. If you live in the Santa Clarita Valley they are a sure bet. I have used them for multiple jobs and I keep coming back.

I’m normally a somewhat quirky writer for my Unilocal reviews but I’m going to be straight up with this place. These are very hard working people that will go the extra mile for a job well done.
I’ve been using their services for almost a year now and I couldn’t be happier. Every person there is like family to me now and they are the kindest of families. They know how to get work done and done right and if you treat them how they deserve to be treated they might just give you a few free samples.
A+ to the service here. They know what they are doing and they make sure they communicate. If you need printing, this is a great, nicely priced place to rely on.

By far one of the best printing and design firms I have worked with. The professional staff helped me with branding my company. Aiden was extremely knowledgable and informative about what I needed to make my company stand out and succeed.

It is every so often that you run across a business that will cross busy highway’s, swim strong rivers and climb tall mountains to make their customers happy. Usually in the name of good business, and the few times like this where they know no other way.
The day I walked in I had to accomplish the task of artwork, business cards, flyers and banners within two days for an event. Keeping in mind the tweaks for the artwork and personal preference, everyone at AK rose to the occasion and the task at hand and not only accomplished my needs but did it within the timeframe which even included staying past business hours.
It doesn’t happen often but when it does it’s certainly deserves a shout out and I am almost 3 months late in doing so, so to everyone at AK thank you for your professionalism your work ethic and your finished product, you made our business as professional as yours

We needed a picture to be cropped and photoshopped to a larger size. The graphic designer was terrific and made sure the final picture was just how we wanted it. Aiden, the owner, was super friendly. I would definitely come back here for any printing needs!

AK Printing is my go to printer. They get my material printed quickly and it always turns out beautiful. The owner is friendly and makes you feel at home. I really enjoyed my experience at this print shop. They have very good prices and fast turnaround. The staff is easy to work with and they listen to your needs. I will certainly be using their services in the future.

AK Printing was my hero when I turned to them for a timely print, but their strength in punctuality was quickly dampened by their incorrigible service. In the beginning Cynthia communicated with me about my inquiries of pricing via both e-​mail and phone, and I received my prints in time.
The problem? The custom poster vinyl I requested had multi colored ink streaks on them. As an art major at a local college, mistakes are a big deal to me since the quality of the prints reflect on me as an artist. Along with the poster I ordered matted photos and I was disappointed with the result. On the side you could see the foam broken and torn and there was some bubbling on the photos. I decided to let it go since I had no time to re-​do anything.
Once my art show was complete I e-​mailed AK Printing and asked them for a discount for the ink streaks on my poster. Marianne responded and said they could re-​print it for me. I told them the day I could come in to drop off the original and they acknowledged it would be all right. Aiden said to come in the next day for the new print, but I came in a week later because I was unable to get out of schedules. When I returned to pick up my new poster print, the clerk there seemed confused and looked around in the room for my print. Finally, she found one that matched my description and gave it to me.
When I got home I opened the poster and realized… it was original messed up print I returned to them! I e-​mailed AK Printing and they did not reply. I called AK Printing and they did not answer. I called again and a woman asked me if I e-​mailed on a weekend. «The printing people are only here on the weekdays.» I told her I e-​mailed them a week ago, and yes, it was on a weekday. She told me to ask for Aiden next Monday.
I was beginning to lose my patience and sanity. I called on Monday and spoke to Cynthia, told her my dilemma and she said she would call me back. I didn’t hear back from her so I called and Aiden answered. He said the print would be ready by tomorrow. The next day I arrived and the print was not even printed yet. I waited for 15 minutes for my print.
Overall, I was very unhappy with my experience. AK Printing lacks proper respectful communication with customers and their quality of printing is sub par. The only thing they got right was printing my prints in a timely fashion. After that they could have cared less. Two thumbs down.

My husband and myself both used this AK printing and Design. They stoled from us and refused to give us a refund of monies of which we paid in advanced for some prints that were not done.
Their work is TERRIBLE! We went thru headaches having to deal with the owner of this place.
They are liars and extremely unprofessional! Save your money people! You will regret going here.

Worst place ever. Will not recommend to anyone. First of all I ordered 1,000 letter heads Mr. Aiden gave me the cheapest paper he had. The paper was not a professional letter head paper, the paper was the copy paper with ink that was half way readable — the info on the letter heads faded in some sections where he had not enough ink. Can we say «CHEAP»!
Second of all I ordered Presentation Folders from Mr. Aiden again giving him a second chance; the folders seem old and again some sections on the folders were faded and SCRATCHED. My folders are all black AND THE SCRATCHES WERE NOTICEABLE WHITE– Nasty Job!
Third time comes around and what really killed it was that I had left him several brochures for him to get some valuable information to design my brochures and guess what? HE LOST THEM ALL!!! Ive had those brochures for years because of some valuable information that I wanted to have in my brochures when the time was right to design my own. He didn’t file my stuff professionally!!! I gave him more than a week to look for them and he said he couldn’t find my stuff! He said «I LOST THEM –sorry». HOW PROFESSIONAL IS THAT?! He does not keep any Customers files saved otherwise he would of never lost my file n brochures. Very disorganized
I have been with Mr Aiden when Customers call him asking them about their orders and he tells them «oh it’s printing as we speak «or «oh it is almost done and he has to get up and go print them» because he has nothing printing. So he lies to his customers as well. I had paid him almost $ 4,000 plus which included the price of the brochures paid in advance when I asked for a refund for the job that wasn’t done (brochures) he never replied. My wife also asked for the monies and he never replied either. Besides all what was mentioned above what he promised to be done in a month he took 3 MONTHS! If there was a 0 star that’s what I would give this review!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTING SHOP. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. OR YOU WILL ((REGRET)) IT IF YOU DO!!!
I will also be reporting AK Printing and Design to the Better Business Bureau!

I just received my print order for business cards so now I can give an honest updated/​final review.
The PROS: the price is competitive and the card stock is good. They are also a friendly staff and will «try» to do what they can. (Though that may be too little too late when finally offered)
The CONS: Late Service– Quoted «2 – 4 days» for order completion (I believe this was JUST to get my job, because I said that’s when I needed it by) yet I didn’t get the order until AFTER it was too late for my needs. It took a whole week instead (Monday to Monday), nearly twice as long! The other Con is color quality, prints came out a bit dark.
Conclusion, they’re ok but I won’t be back because I’m pretty upset about them lying to me about my order being ready when I actually needed it. They also didn’t even bother to try to keep me as a customer (but probably knew it was pointless to try) as they knew I was disappointed and frustrated by the fact I had already left a partial review here on Unilocal which they mentioned reading.
I wouldn’t tell others not to go here, but I’d suggest you give yourself more time than they promise you it will take (as Garret whoever has complained about this too, but I ignored his review) Also, request a proof of your print! This will ensure they actually check your files from the start and NOT 4 days later when they finally get around to it; it will also ensure you’re getting the right values/​colors you hope for.
