They don’t honor any specials they’re currently having on commercials. No coupons ! They charge for refills! Ridiculous and I guarantee this place will close down sooner than later… Sad! I know it’s in the mall but it’s double the price of a NORMALBURGERKING!

I work in the mall and I always come here and I never have a problem but the manager Alma charged me extra because I asked for one more ranch? Is that a joke not one food place in the restaurant charges for ranch I use to work a Charleys 2 restaurants down and never charged Customers for ranch, «island pacific» which is right next door even has their dressing out for u to serve your self By the way I ordered a 10piece chicken nuggets with large fries. Next time I’ll drive to newhall ranch to the other location were they are not stingy

I used my coupon to buy a hamburger and in the picture its look so big just let me tell you don’t waste your money it’s smaller then quota I still don’t get it how burger King in business They don’t serve breakfast and Coffee not very fresh

Just a standard Burger King. They accept coupons, and sometimes they have water cups out so you don’t have to ask for them. I got a Whopper Jr today for $ 1.69, and it came out quickly and tasted good, but the beef patty looked kinda gross on the bottom. My brother got chicken nuggets, and he said it was better than the chicken nuggets from McDonald’s.
