I told him I had received a coupon for the discount but I had forgotten to bring it and instead of letting me drive home to get it he honored it anyway! 12 minutes from start to finish, by far the fastest and most thorough check I have had yet! No reason there should be any bad reviews Ed is awesome and very reasonable.

I’ve taken my old 1993 civic else where that actually turned my car away because it was old and he didn’t have time because he was busy. Understandable. I came back to that same popular place in Valencia a few days later and he said his machine needed to be serviced. I asked when I could come back or if I could leave my number and make an appointment, he simply said I should take it somewhere else, so that’s what I did. What kind of shop turns away business? Ed gladly tested my old car despite taking a little longer and different machine use. I just took my 2002 civic to Ed and my car was tested, passed and out of there in less than 20 minutes. Will not go anywhere else from here on out. Couch for waiting, parrot for entertainment, and conveniently next to car wash, in-​n-​out, and Starbucks.

I had the occasion to have my Hyundai Santa Fe at Ed’s Smog Check. It turned that my car had a problem that needed correction in order to pass. Ed explained what I should do to fix it, I did so and returned to his shop and my Santa Fe passed. The entire process was taken care of by Ed very quickly. His ship is very clean and welcoming. Very nice to have Starbucks and IN-​N-​OUT close by for a quick pick me up. Ed obviously cares about his customers and goes out of his way to make everyone feel welcome!
