Gal was extremely welcoming and personable made my mother feel special which was really nice of him since she’s from out of town, she loved the instant results of the products tested and got a great deal on them. Highly recommend giving them a visit.

If I could give no stars, that would be more accurate. Just got off the phone with them when calling to find out how to redeem a facial my husband had purchased Christmas before last. Only to be told, it had to be used within a year. And there’s nothing they can do. I don’t care how amazing they claim their products to be, I cannot and will not support a company that breaks their promises, steals money from a paying customer, and does not attempt to fix the problem. Deceitful, deceitful company.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star! I was walking by and somehow got dragged in and convinced to purchase $ 100+ on some moisturizer probably because of their aggressive sale techniques. As I left I felt so unsure and I looked at the reviews on the products and they had bad reviews and I went back for a refund. The man who claims to be the «owner» named Gal tells me he can only do an exchange. I told him The reviews were terrible and he says «that was four months ago, our products have improved» I look at him like you have to be kidding me and he says what??? And I said you need to help me out here because I’m not leaving until I have my money back. He sits back down with his coworker and starts chuckling and says «what are you going to do» and literally starts talking/​laughing at me in a different language. I’m on the phone trying to look on the website to see what I can do SINCE NO ONE IS HELPING ME and he gets up and says «I will call security on you» I said all I’m asking is for you to help me, I don’t want an exchange. And he hands me a paper with customer service number. Remind you he’s the owner according to him but now he says he’s just the manager and that he can’t help me get my money back. I would have kept the stuff if he just nicely told me he wasn’t able to and compromised but the way the situation was handled was so poorly that I want nothing to do with this company. I literally walked out of this place in tears. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY NEED TO GET RID OF PEOPLE LIKE THIS. LETS NOT FORGET GAL EVEN MENTIONED «THIS IS AMERICA» to me when I said you can’t just call customer service for me right now? I return a few min later with my boyfriend and Gal first said he couldn’t do a refund. My boyfriend put the stuff down and demanded my money back. Then Gal all of a sudden was cooperative. ALTHOUGH he was trying to make me look like the bad guy. He even had the audacity to tell me to leave him alone with my boyfriend… RIDICULOUS!!! Obviously I didn’t go anywhere. As we’re leaving Gal says «you can apologize now» UNBELIEVABLE! My boyfriend put him in his place and as we leave I look back and Gal is flipping us off! What a great manager I’m sure his employee was proud to call him her manager. Please don’t be fooled by these scammers! Don’t be afraid to say no whenever you don’t want to purchase anything and you feel like you’re being forced to. And be aware that you can get your money back!!! This place doesn’t even have signs or warn you before taking your money that they don’t do refunds. Money hungry type of place. Do not come here!!!

Well, let’s start by saying that I was searching for negative stars, but 1 is the lowest you can go.
Pros: Gold. Lots of it. A gold stapler (no joke). I can only imagine a gold commode awaits those who venture further in.
Cons: Deceptive sales practices. Undisclosed no-​refund store policy (not posted anywhere when we were there nor explained during purchase).
Narrative: My wife & I were walking by this place when a hyper flamboyant acting guy convinced my wife to enter. A series of demonstrations ensued. In no particular order:
1) Dead Sea Mask: «Look, you remove it with a magnet!» Apparently, that’s supposed to somehow be impressive. You could probably order iron powder, mix it with some petroleum jelly, and arrive at the same demonstration
2) Eye Bag Un-​Bagger: «Look, I put this on and your bag goes away!» Yes, it does. By the way, everyone knows about Preparation H and under-​eye bags, right? (BTW, I’m the farthest thing from a metro dude, and I FREAKIN’ KNOW ABOUT IT)
3) Wonder Scrub Whose Gimmick I Forgot: «Look, I put this on your wrist and all this yucky dead skin comes off!» Nobody exfoliates their wrist. Cheap trick to demo an exfoliant there.
But this isn’t about how good or bad their products may be. This is about the store we were in and how we were treated so…
Mr Hyper Flamboyant Sales Guy (0 percent homophobic, but this is the persona he was playing up, so I gladly describe him as such) spent as much time trying to ignore me and draw my wife’s attention away from me as possible. At one point, after a transaction was already signed (more on that later), he grabbed her credit card and her hand and pulled her away to a part of the store and spoke to her so that I could not hear the conversation. She refused his further charms and products to the tune of an additional $ 700.
Well, what was thought to have been a $ 120 + tax purchase turned to a $ 500+ affair. The receipt is not itemized (one item reading something like Custom Price), and on the receipt (the thing you don’t get until AFTER the transaction) is a statement that no refunds are allowed — only exchanges.
We tried to return these products after none of them were opened. Let’s just say it did not go well. Mr Hyper Flamboyant Sales Guy was all of a sudden a Joe Schmoe version of himself. Shocking. He grabbed the bag and tried to whisk my wife to a back room. At that point we both became vocal and demanded that he return the bag to us — which he did.
At the time we first went into the store (¹⁄₁) and the day we went to return the stuff (¹⁄₃) there was no visible sign anywhere about store policies. The security guard that was called to escort me out (a disappointing outcome for the store employees as I was cooperative and reasonable) was also unable to locate any sign indicating any such policies. I also have pictures that show no visible sign indicating such policies.
A case has been opened with the bank for the fraudulent portion of the charges. However, we’d really like to give back what we don’t want for a full refund.
I understand that the store owner’s name is Gal.
Gal, if you’re reading this, I can only hope that this is NOT how you want your store run and that this will come as news to you. I propose that you accept our offer for a full refund if we return the merchandise. I will in exchange promise to post an update to this review indicating that the dispute was favorably resolved.
The ball is in your court, Gal.

This place is horrible. Do not go here! I got a facial through a Groupon. The person who did the facial is super nice, but the whole experience is ruined by the owner/​manager harassing you to buy their products afterwards. And he is rude and aggressive. It’s really shady how much the owner offers the products initially and then lowers the price dramatically when I said no. Felt relaxed by the facial, but totally disturbed afterwards by the owner.
I would not have bought a Groupon for this place if I read the reviews beforehand. However, the Groupon is misleading as the company is listed under a different name — Premier Dead Sea Skin Care.
I definitely do NOT recommend visiting this place.

I do not choose to go have a facial to be harassed by sales people who want you to buy their expensive products. I go have a facial as a treat to myself, to relax and pamper myself, NOT to get a sales pitch. Here, not only did I feel the esthetician was less than average in her technique but upon completion, I was immediately approached by an aggressive bullshitter who was trying desperately to make me believe he was being especially generous by reducing the price of his products and pushing hard for me to buy something.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THE NEW MANAGEMENT!!! Gal, the owner is an amazing human being!!! Bree, the esthetician has the softest hands and she is a pro! If you didn’t have a good experience before (like it happened to me) you need to hear this… NOW THAT GAL IS THE OWNER… IT DESERVES A SECOND CHANCE!!! I’m sure your skin will thank you. They completely remodeled the place and now is clean, elegant and laying on that bed was a real treat! They have an amazing new mask that will leave you speechless… Come prepare to feel like a queen (or king?)!! Bree’s massages are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!I bought the product because I was able to notice the immediate results… And who doesn’t want immediate results??? I’m absolutely coming back again and again and again!

Pros:
— Gal (the new owner) and Bree (the aesthetician) have very bright and welcoming personalities that make you feel special from the minute you walk in! They truly know the meaning of customer service, and their presence alone is probably worth revisiting this spa on a repeat basis. I absolutely enjoyed interacting with both of them.
— The décor is very on point; it was a treat to look at, and just beautiful!
— Amazing facial, of course! (I write this in the singular only because this was my first visit.)
— I’m very conscious of cleanliness when it comes to where I get any sort of care done, so I noticed right away how clean everything was. A++
— Even if I wasn’t interested in more discounts (because they truly proved they deserve the full price for their services), they offered me a great deal; it was really very generous.
Cons:
— ALMOST non-​existent! Now don’t bet me wrong, the deals they offer are amazing (hence why they appear in «Pros»!) and I am always immensely grateful for a good opportunity, but an aggressive sales technique can make any situation uncomfortable, especially when a mind is already made up.

Hello… I’m another victim and basically spent thousands upon tbousands of dollars at this store to come to find out that the product that was sold to me at the store should not have been sold at this store in the first place. According to Corp… VineVera is not to be sold at the Gold Element store. I was given a lifetime VIP Status and this status was not recognized when Joseph took over… in fact he tried to sell me another membership and he tried to act gay towards me so he could seduce more money out of my pocket. Joseph also stated that there was no such thing as a VIP member and that my membership is not valid. i used to get my products refilled at the store until Joseph took over and eventually my products couldnt be refilled at this store. I was promised many things by the employees and come to find out it was a bunch of lies and I just don’t go for that I don’t work with the company that lies to their customers. This is not kosher in my eyes. This place is a piece of crap. After many attempts to try to get my money back… it is impossible… unless WE pursue a class action lawsuit. For those who want to pursue with me, please get with me via Unilocal.I’ve dealt with all the employees since November 2014 through April 2015… Ortal, Michelle Antonio Brian Jessica from corporate Gina from corporate Joseph and of course the lovely Sheree. This company has a triple minis –1 star for poor customer service… lack of care for the customer and no respect for thier paying customers. These guys made the word «LIARS» a household name. You guys better watch your back as payback can be a bitch. It’s showtime folks.

I am very happy with the new changes at Gold Elements. Gal is back and he is making miracles. I just had a facial with Brianna she is the best. Everything looks classy new and clean. I am using the products for a while and they made a huge difference in the way my skin looks like. I know Gal for a long time he is very professional and a very good business man. These folks will surreptitiously have you sign up for services you don’t want and refuse to cancel your coerced contract. I’m very unhappy, and having trouble with my credit card company blocking the charges. They do a great job of selling that’s for sure.

I had previously left a very positive review after having two awesome facials done here! I had to cancel my third scheduled facial for personal reasons, and upon calling, the man on the phone seemed very bothered that I had the audacity to bother him (at work). I told him my appointment was at 6 pm the following Friday and that I would need to cancel, only to have him start yelling at me that they close at 6 and are a regular business with regular business hours. You should probably discuss that with the associate who made my appointment. He then told me they don’t just «do» facials. I am required to purchase products and then the facial is free. Again, maybe this needs to be disclosed to the associate who not only booked my appointment, but informed me that I could come in monthly for ONLY a facial, sans product purchasing.
I do like this place, and I like the products (though very overpriced), but I’m going to take my facial business elsewhere.
Rude customer service. Hardly spoke English. Yelled at me for nothing. That’s not how you run a business, buddy.

Sherree is friendly while still having that over the top spa friendliness/​hospitality. I picked the facial w all the bells and whistles but after talking w me she suggested a comparably priced service that better fit my needs and it was just as relaxing. I recommend this place for a facial!!!

Had my facial done by Sherree and it was a positive experience. She’s very professional and extremely good. My face feels amazing. Definitely will be back.

Sherree was great! She was really friendly and not pushy on buying their product. I will go back and buy the product because it made my skin really soft.

Extremely bad customer service so disappointed and SO EXPENSIVE for what you get. This place is a lie

The facial was relaxing but the customer service was lacking. The owner was pushy about buying a product. She quoted a marked down price with a huge discount from the original price. When I said I wanted to think about I was told that the discount is only good right now. I said I still wanted to think about it and see how it felt on my face later the owner very rudely dismissed me and said «goodbye».

I hope I am reviewing the right place for it is not clear on here.
This is for the gold elements shop downstairs near the food court. He cart outside of the store sells those plant orb things that are pretty rad.
I usually only post nice things on Unilocal,however, this lady was absolutely rude she should be fired.
I was not shopping here. I was drawn in from a Lady handing me something. I figured I’ll look due to the fact that i need Christmas gifts. She was a ‘manager’ from New York. I let her tell me her deal and sell me on some stuff (and she was very forceful and rude). I work in sales so I figured whatever. By the end I was trying to leave. I politely told her I am very pleased with her offers, however this product was just not for me. I am a large man and a $ 150 jar of cosmetics with gold flakes (which is so pointless and wasteful) was not for me. I politely said I would refer all my friends and let them know about the amazing deal they had to offer. She said, and I quote, «no don’t tell them we don’t need your help». I said «well I’m sorry but thank you very much». She would not shake my hand and said «I won’t shake your hand you are too cheap». What the hay is that about? Little did she know I was looking to spend money for my family’s gifts, but she was so absolutely rude I would never give them my business or refer a single person. Who cares what you’re selling to someone, the customer should always feel welcome and not forced to purchase a product, let alone ridiculed if they do not purchase it.
One star isn’t low enough.

These are the worst kind of scam artists out there. I think the person who reviewed before me and I should go in together on a law suit to this company. This product made me break out too. It makes me sick to even think about how badly I got swindled by these people, spent over $ 2800. I went to the store and called and emailed the company about a return and got nothing but the run-​around. When I went back to the store their ‘no return’ policy sign was actually flipped around away from customers view.
