Rustic Burger

Greasy but it’s worth trying just for once. It’s an okay place.

Burger was AWESOME. I got the BBQ one, easy sauce… so stinkin yummy. Cooked perfectly. I wish I had took a picture of the burger, but it smelled so good I just dove right in & attacked it Lol If you like burgers like I do, this is a good joint to check out.

Came here for a late lunch… pretty busy for 2p. That’s always a good sign. anyways I ordered the chuck and brisket bugger BBQ style on a pretzel bun. I even had tater tots on the side… everything was amazing! Would like the staff to be more attentive… I didn’t need anything once u got my meal. But it’s nice to get checked up on at least once during the meal.

Have been here many times and am never disappointed. My favorite burger would have to be The Farm but I’ve enjoyed all the other burgers I’ve tried here. With quality ingredients, friendly service and delicious sauces, such as the garlic aioli, this restaurant remains one of my favorite places to eat in Santa Clarita.

Fantastic burger and tots for me! Everyone else in our party of 8 enjoyed their food as well. The service was impeccable. We ordered online as we knew we would be in a hurry. When we got there, we decided to eat there. We planned to eat out of the to go cartons, but they plated everything for us. All the way around it was a great place for our party of 8 including 5 young ones.

First timers here. Customer service was great. Even when my boyfriend spilled his coke. One of the guys came out to help us and never gave us attitude about the spill. He was very sweet and as well as the rest of the staff.
It’s a cute little place, it’s not too sports bar, you won’t find tower of beers here, it’s more of a kick back and listen to early and mid 90s tunes, while some sports are on the tv. The ideal place to grab a drink and chit chat with someone.
Here’s a few good tips before you come here. First you will order your food from the cashier. It’s kinda a build you own burger joint, but with pre-​made selections you can choose. Yes, they can add and take out anything your little heart desires. Then the cashire/​bartender will give you a number and you can sit anywhere you want. If you’re getting fountain drink, they have the new Coca-​Cola machine than you can pick and chose what kind of coke flavor you want. So no need to wait on a refill here.
Now the food it reminds me of a gourmet type of burgers. The food is good, no real complaints. My boyfriend love his plate a Seoul burger with swewt potato fries. He got his with a pretzel bread. I did like the chilly cheese friends, not salty nor too sweet. We are happy and will be coming back in the future

I have to start with the service, which is amazing. No matter who takes your order, they ask you how your day is going and they are, to say the least, patient. Since becoming more of a «usual» I even find some of the waiters stopping by the table and saying «What’s up? How are you?», giving you that «right at home feeling and the family loves it».
Now for the food, well, it’s awesome. You can either choose one of their signature burgers or «build your own». They have a multitude of meats, cheeses, breads and toppings so I’m sure they’ll have whatever your stomach desires. The sides are just as good as the main course, especially the tots, which come with a «white sauce» that compliment them perfectly.
All in all, if you love burgers and live in the SCV, this is place.

I was really disappointed with the food and service here.
The Food:
It came out luke warm. I have kids, so it’s rare I get to eat a hot meal… so when I go out to a restaurant, I really look forward to it!
Tater tots are terrible unless they are fresh from the fryer.
Burger was over salted.
Service:
It was 3PM to be fair, but at least show some interest in your patrons.
(This is probably why my food was cold, there was no one there to serve it!)
There are better burger joints in SCV. Don’t bother with this one.

Pretty good place for lunch. We had the salmon burger on pretzel bun and sow Cow on pretzel bun, very filling. Tater tots were deelish.

Great salmon burger and shaded outdoor patio perfect for well-​behaved pups or unruly kids.

I like the outdoor seating area and varied burger menu. They have many different versions and proteins available.
I ordered a salmon burger on pretzel bread with bbq sauce. The bun is amazing. The fish was tender but had a definite meat taste. The bbq sauce was a bit funky. I couldn’t put my finger on it, but I don’t think I would get it again.
I ordered tator tots too… they were delicious.
Very friendly service too!

I may just have found my Sunday NFL spot, when the season comes back. Plenty of beer on tap, amazing tasting burgers, tasteful sides to compliment the entrée. They have state of the art fountain drink dispenser. Staff at this location is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking due to the location being within a plaza. And what makes this location ideal for football Sunday’s is the amount of TVs they have. What else do you need for an awesome NFL sunday? I definitely see myself coming here.
I had the farmers burger, which comes with an egg on it. The bun style I went with was the pretzel bun. It all came together for a mouth watering heavenly treat. Wife went with the Seoul Burger she definitely liked hers, especially with the sweet potato fries complimenting it on the side. Our boys had the kids meal that included the mac n cheese (really deecently sized) and french fries. The pricing of their items is very reasonable compared to other establishments.

Seriously the best burger ever!!! I ordered the chili brisket burger on a gluten free bun with a side of tots and it was amazing. OMG. So amazing! The tots were cooked perfectly. The chili had the right amount of spice. The meat in the burger was insanely delish. Quality all the way.
The staff at Rustic Burger is superb. The Bartendress always greats you with a smile and has a super personality. She takes your order and pours your beverage. The cooks are great and super friendly. The rest of the staff is fab too. The owner is present and makes his rounds which is a nice touch.
I have zero complaints. Except they don’t serve Bud Light which is a buzz kill for my husband. Once I get him to RB he will be hooked. We just need to figure out the bud light situation.
Side note: Rustic Eatery is super good too!

well we were excited about trying this place and were very disappointed. .. these burgers and the food is very overpriced and nothing near special or unique for the price
we ordered koroque which are basically fried potato balls with ground beef, mushroom, and onions and a katsu sauce. but all you taste is bland mashed potatoes in a weird soy-​sauce sauce. the crust was good but that’s about it
I ordered the Farmer burger with the chuck mix patty, which was topped with a fried egg, bacon, pork belly, greens, pepperjack cheese on a brioche bun. .. think they used the wrong cheese because i did not taste any peppery spice, the pork belly and bacon were so minimal it is pretty pointless to put that on, the patty is bland and the suggested medium cook is over cooking the meat and dries it out. .. the bun was good though
dad ordered the Blue burger with the same meat and bun, gorgonzola cheese, also topped with arugula and grilled onions. .. all you taste is the cheese mixed with meat. .. meh
two stars goes for the nice place, nice employees, and the look of the food, but just cus it looks good doesn’t mean it tastes good

This place does the burgers and beer thing better than any place else. Alex, the owner is friendly and his staff is knowledgeable and helpful in choosing beers and toppings for the burgers.
The way the burgers work is to choose a protein, then the style and then the bun and you can add sides. Small menu but as long as you like some form of meat between buns, you’ll be very satisfied.
I am a beer snob and every time I go in, there is something new and interesting on tap.
I’m going to keep coming back and hope.

The 4 of us tried Rustic Burger for the first time at 3pm on a Thursday afternoon. The menu style is a lot like the Counter chain of restaurants. But unlike the Counter, the food was cold by the time it got to the table. And the kitchen is within feet of the tables! And there was virtually no one in the restaurant. A Bust!
My burger with the Gorgonzola cheese did have an excellent and unique taste, even when cold. The French Fries appeared to have been sitting around, as they were like sticks… and were also cold. I gave up and took half the meal home to enjoy hot.
Maybe no one cared because business was slow and it was an «off» time of the day. I don’t know.
I’m sticking with Bricks on Lyons Avenue. It is the best burger in the SCV, in my opinion. And the food is always hot.

I love trying out new burger joints when I’m in a distant city so after our adventures at Six Flags Magic Mountain we decided to try out this burger spot. The name of the place and the interior go hand in hand. Rustic them indeed. The staff was super friendly and were very attentive.
We ordered the Farm Burger which came with pork belly, bacon, pepper jack cheese, arugula, aioli, fries egg, and a chuck/​brisket patty on a brioche bun. The burger didn’t leave that lasting impression I was hoping for unfortunately. Maybe it’s because I’ve been to SO many gourmet burger joints and my expectations come off pretty high by now. It was satisfying, but I was hoping for more flavor with all that it had going on. The fries were delicious of course. They came with a very strong garlic aioli sauce which I wanted more and more of. If I’m ever in the area again, I wouldn’t mind trying their Kimchi Burger!

So so glad I discovered this place! Now, this place isn’t your normal fast food burger joint and you will definitely pay a premium for it, BUT omg so yummy.
It was my first time there with my dad so we were a bit confused when we walked through the doors. I totally was thinking this would be a sit down restaurant, but you actually order at the counter. Luckily, the guy at the counter was there to explain the menu to us and also told us that we could get some discounts on starters since it was happy hour. Very helpful and we got some great sweet potato fries out of the advice.
We both ordered the farm burgers with our own variations regarding the bun and salad. The burger looks deceptively small in terms of diameter, but wow it has a ton of stuff in there! And that egg is like the cherry on top (kind of drooling right now). I appreciated how they didn’t skimp on the side salad either.
As if we weren’t full enough, we also each got a shake: malt chocolate and mint chip. They were really solid and I appreciate that neither was super sweet. Also, there were tons of whole chocolate chips in the mint chips, which was great!
Can’t wait to go back in the near future!

It was pretty good. I didn’t like my burger, though. The rest of it was great, but the patty kinda ruined it. I had been looking forward to coming here, but the tofu patty was disappointing. It wasn’t even that it was weird fake meat stuff– in fact it felt as though it was trying to achieve the opposite and stay as far away from that camp as possible by making it oddly sweet. A noble effort, but not one that was successful in this vegetarian’s opinion.
Other than that though, buns were good, kimchi was decent, egg was good, and the portion of tater tots was huge. Would recommend for meat eaters and for vegs with a sweet tooth, but for now I’ll pass until they add more veggie-​friendly options.

I’ve been hearing things about Rustic Burger for a while and finally had a chance to come in and try it.
They absolutely nailed the theme. This place screams rustic. The ceilings, the chandeliers, even the tables! Very rustic indeed.
Also and huge plus, the soda machine. I never ever thought I would love «peach Sprite» so much, and every time I come across one of those machines I go crazy!!!
Now onto the food…
I am all about trying new places and random foods, but when I pay 5 bucks for 2 devil eggs…(more like, one egg cut in half)… yeah that’s a big much if you ask me.
I had the «Blue» burger in a pretzel bun, regular fries and mac and cheese.
The mac and cheese was ok… a little bland and required a lot of hot sauce to get some flavor out of it.
The burger was pretty good though. Blue cheese burgers tend to be a little dry but this one was actually pretty juicy and tasty. The meat was cooked perfectly and it tasted really good. I’ll have to try it in a different bun next time. The pretzel bun seemed a little too dense and took over some of the flavor.
Overall it was ok. Overpriced but tasty.
