Business Owner

While attending college as a business major, I was working for a pool service company. After graduating from CSUN I realized I enjoyed the pool service industry and made a decision to start my own company. Scott’s Pool Service was established in 1986 and initially the growth rate was slow but consistent.

In 1990 i invented a product for the pool industry which I licensed to a pool manufacturer/​distributor. The monthly royalties allowed me to advertise more aggressively and business started to pick up beyond my expectations.

Well, 22 years later and I still enjoy what I do. I enjoy working with my clients to meet their expectations, I enjoy attending classes and seminars in order to keep up with the constantly changing technology, and I still enjoy getting up to go to work!
