SCV Construction & Remodel

While I was installing flooring I found out I had a leak under my foundation. I called Tim at 5pm and he didn’t hesitate to show up at my house to help. He was super friendly and professional and the next morning he showed up at 730 am to start work on a Saturday. The work he did was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, personable, and thorough. The amount I paid was only 50% of his quote/​estimate. Absolutely a wonderful experience, and Tim has earned a customer for life. I will be using him for all my construction and remodel needs. SCV Construction just finished a remodel on my parents’ bathroom and it turned out perfectly. Not only is it beautifully updated but it also fits in with the style of their home and they love it. Tim also helped my parents in the designing of it by giving them ideas to help them decide what they wanted. He has an artistic eye along with his excellent skills and experience in construction. All the different workers involved in this project did excellent work and were respectful of my parents’ home. Tim was good about letting them know when to expect the workers to arrive, and each worker was careful to protect the home as they worked. The SCV Construction crew was professional, respectful, on time and fair priced. They left the house clean after work each day. The project took a little longer than quoted due to unforeseen problems but I consider this par for any remodel project. Allow extra time just in case, but SCV Construction never left us hanging. We always knew where the project stood and why. Thank you, Tim and team!

We recently used SCV Construction for a shower/​tub conversion. Tim responded to the initial call quickly and was very knowledgable about the work to be done and all materials needed for the job. All of the workers were professional, friendly, and honest. They cleaned up daily and finished the project in a timely manner. Overall we had a great experience working with them and the shower turned out beautifully.

We called Tim to verify the structural integrity on a property we were buying and had a fantastic experience. He came same day (we needed immediate feedback), made sure to be able to give us a complete answer spending the least amount possible by not doing unnecessary work and was overall incredibly competent and pleasant to deal with. We are looking forward to dealing with him on our remodeling projects.

We recently had SCV Construction remodeled our fireplace. Tim and his team were very professional honest and did a great job. I needed to see if some walls in my house were load bearing or not for a remodel my wife and I want to do. Tim was able to come by my house super quick and was able to answer all of my questions.

I have met with a lot of contractors and Tim from SCV Construction is by far the most professional! He is good about returning calls and keeping you updated as to his time schedule. The job came out even better than I expected. My husband and I are so pleased with the result! I keep going outside to look at the work he did and it makes me happy. Tim is extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. He was done on time, cleaned up well, and very respectful of our home. We had a previous experience with another contractor that was horrendous, so working with Tim and his crew has been such a relief. If you want a contractor you can trust and does great work, then Tim is the contractor for you. We will definitely go to him again for future work.

Tim came to cover up some patchwork from a surround sound speaker wire run. Showed up on time, was very clean with masking and did a very professional job. Looks great a gave some very helpful pointers for future work. Clean up was fast and they left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Would highly recommend Tim to anyone and he was very reasonably priced.

We highly recommend Tim. He is extremely good at what he does, professional and easy to communicate with. He has done many projects for us and he and his superior crew are currently doing a whole house remodel for us. They are hard, meticulous workers and accomplish a lot in short order. We could not be more pleased.

My wife and I have used Tim for a few small project and then we had him do a complete kitchen remodel. Tim took out all of our old cabinets and counter tops. He redesigned our kitchen and relocated our sink and dishwasher. The plans that he came up with seemed like a completely different kitchen. He was clean and respectful to our time line. The end product continues to shock us to this day. I would recommend SCV construction and remodel to our closest friends and family.

Recently used this company. I was very happy with the results and how they worked with me and my husband on what we really wanted. We are enjoying our new entertainment center.
