Juan came to my home to accomplish a specific service. In addition to doing that service, he noticed that the kitchen faucet had been installed incorrectly a couple of years ago when it was first installed. Without any extra charge, Juan took the initiative to make the entire kitchen sink/​faucet work perfectly, and reinstalled the entire faucet, complete with redrilling the openings so that they would allow proper tightening to make a sturdy situation. I am so happy with his work! I would always recommend this company, and tell my friends to specifically ask for Juan!

I know these guys come highly recommended. However be aware that they are very high priced. I had them give a quote for a cracked pvc pipe. The water company had already located the leak and exposed the pipe. They only had to turn off the water and replace a 12″ section of pipe. The quote was $ 1490.00. I got a second opinion and had Garrison Plumbing do the work for about $ 300. It took them less than 20 minutes of actual work and another to let the glue dry. The work completed by Garrison was excellent. A $ 1200 difference is insane. If you use them, just make sure you know what you are paying for and get a 2^nd quote.

Rosenthal Plumbing great guys! Juan came out to check out a leak on my hot water heater. It was bad enough that the water heater needed replacing, Juan was able to fix it the same day. Corbin (at 8pm) came out tonight because there was another small leak on the water heater. Corbin is just now leaving, at 930. He couldn’t completely fix the leak but someone is coming out first thing tomorrow morning which is perfect.
Also, this past new year’s Eve we had a pipe leak, one of the guys from Rosenthal Plumbing came to my house and fixed it new year’s day.
Great guys/​company.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was stood up several times. I inconvenienced friends to be there and took time off of work. I figured out what the problem was — a leaking shower (a common problem). I could never get them to come and fix it! Tinos Plumbing fixed it with one visit — the same day of the call. Rosenthal needs to get rid of Billy ! He doesn’t want to do work and being stood up several times is not an acceptable way to do business. If I had not figured out the problem myself with no help from Rosenthal considerably more damage could have been done ! So unnecessarily stressful for 3 weeks !

Brad at Rosenthal Plumbing is AWESOME!!! He totally took care of my house and helped me out a ton!!! He was able to communicate to my landlord for me (I’m young and new to renting) and he hooked me up with some rags since I had used all of mine to clean up the sewage explosion in my house. His service and attitude was totally unparalleled and it’s really clear that he genuinely cares about his customers. I would 100% recommend Brad from Rosenthal Plumbing always no matter what!!!

Billy was professional, timely, and did an excellent job! We had him install an outdoor shower and he was very knowledgable and got the job done in one day. Thank you, we are very happy!

Used to be a well liked business. Unfortunately, being voted «the best in town» has gone to their heads. Their prices have skyrocketed, and the service is mediocre. unfortunately the company slogan «the right way right away» is not fit for them. They want to take the long away around everything to get the most money, and they’ll lie to you to get what they want. Sorry to say it but the truth should be told.

Incredible service. We had an issue with carbon monoxide leak. Juan was on our site very quickly and uncovered a few other issues with our furnace and water pressure. I asked if we could have some other work done while he was on site, and he was able to do that as well. The estimating process was incredibly efficient and the project was completed the same day and per estimate expectations… even though he had to put in an extra hour our so. We’re very satisfied and Juan was very polite, informative and respectful of keeping the house clean and in order.

The part cost $ 32 and the time to replace the part was 10 Minutes.
The charge was $ 325 and that was after a $ 50 coupon discount
I am in the wrong business!

I had Rosenthal out to repair a leak under my bathroom sink upstairs. The guy checked it and took a picture to show me. I asked him if the main water should be turned off. He said no that he could fix it without turning it off. When he was done he came downstairs and looked in the kitchen. There was water half way across my kitchen floor. There’s more to the story but I will shorten it. They did send out fans for the garage wall but not in the kitchen shared wall.
They would not tell me who their insurance carrier was nor the agent. They never sent me the bill. They don’t return my insurance companies call to settle the fact that they caused laminate floor and Sheetrock damage

Josh S came out exactly when he said he would and took care of my plumbing problem in just minutes. He was super nice, very friendly and knowledgeable. The price was also
very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Rosenthal Plumbing, especially Josh S. I am so happy to have this taken care of.

They come right away when no one else is available, they do a good job, very professional. Only three stars because they are very expensive, and sell you parts from their own warehouse. If you are in a hurry, have an immediate need to get a problem fixed, call them. If you want to get the best price and chose yo
ur own hardware, don’t.

Juan and Abel came out to unplug a slow drain at one of our apartments that we manage. It was a stubborn slow drain that we had already paid someone else to unclog. They were courteous and professional. We had to empty a storage closet to get to the drain, which had a lot of heavy stuff. They helped me put everything back which was very nice. We haven’t had them work on any large job for us but if we have something come up, we will make sure to give them a call.

They did a good job. Price was no bargain, $ 599 for hydro-​jetting sewer lateral. Tech complained loudly about the sewer smell in the bathroom, duh, that’s what your there for.
Billy needs some Public Relations training. Repeatedly questioned my wife about «the problem» before I came out to talk to him. She kept telling him that she didn’t know anything about it and you should talk to my husband. I found them to be competent and efficient.

I see a lot of one stars. My turn.
I called to have them check on a backed up sump and grinder. Juan says to come look at it the cost is $ 1,118.00. I asked how much y’all make per hour? Juan says they don’t charge by the hour, but by the job. I do not know where $ 1,118.00 comes from, but I know what a red flag is. Bear in mind this is just for an inspection, not for repairs. I have had enough contractors work for me to read between the lines.
From reading the other reviews, it appears this is a standard practice. No thank you.
If you are shopping for an honest plumber, keep looking.

I called Rosenthal yesterday after our Noritz tankless water heater stopped heating. To their credit, they got somebody out to look at it within an hour or so. He spent 5 minutes looking at the heater and calling the office for someone else to tell him what was wrong with it, another 5 minutes chastising me for not having «de-​scaled» it for several years, implying that it was probably ruined at this point, and then another 20 minutes back out in his truck writing up an «estimate».
While he was out in his truck, I called Noritz tech support (I really should have done that first). In 5 minutes they walked me through diagnosing a failed igniter, a 10 dollar part, including running a very quick test to PROVE the igniter was bad. Rosenthal’s estimate to replace the igniter was $ 559(!!), and he «wasn’t sure» how long it would take to get the part. When I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor, he said «That’s just what we charge to do the repair.» He also offered up several other estimates, ranging from about $ 1000 to «replace igniter and descale» to about $ 6000 to «replace entire heater and install a water purification system». I said thanks, but no thanks.
I called Noritz back and ordered $ 30 in parts (igniter plus a couple other parts they recommend changing at the same time), shipped overnight for another $ 35. The parts arrived today and it took me 15 minutes to install them. So, for about $ 70 with tax and shipping, my heater is working just fine again. Noritz also sent me instructions for descaling, which is perfectly easy to do oneself once you track down a few bits at the hardware store and 4 gallons of vinegar.

We’ve been using Rosenthal for two years.
On this visit, Brad, came out to fix a leak under our sink, which turned out to be a bad hose for the sprayer. We took this as an opportunity to replace our old faucet with a nice new Grohe. Brad gave us good advice on the selection and came back out to install the faucet. He was very pleasant to work with and did a great job.
As part of this work, Brad figured out that our pressure reducer had failed and we had 130 psi coming into the house. This could have turned into a big problem, but Rosenthal scheduled him back out promptly so he could replace the reducer.
This was another great experience with Rosenthal and with their people.

A few months ago we discovered a water leak in our yard. We called more than 5 places and Rosenthal was the only one who answered promptly AND could send someone out. Juan was there quickly, assessed the problem and gave us several pricing options, including the membership. We chose the mid-​range option and there was no upsell. He called in a helper & completed the whole job that day.
Then, just recently, we discovered a bigger problem with our septic. Corey spent hours with us investigating, explaining and going through possible scenarios. The job kept getting bigger, but they stuck with it and still got it all done within a week. And that membership saved us a lot of money. Corey was very patient with all our questions and just had an honest, easy-​going, but knowledgeable demeanor.
We will certainly use them in the future if we have the need.

Talent is the first or the comes to mind! He diagnosed an issue extremely fast, it was an issue that was hard enough that I couldn’t do it myself, and was rather affordable. The plumber was nice, had people skills.
It’s worth noting that the plumber had a bunch of cobwebs on his hat, along with two large dried spider carcasses. I’m the kind of person that would burn down the neighborhood to kill a spider. I was like,“oh hi oh my God!!!” Funny :) It doesn’t change my rating, and it makes sense considering the shitty places they have to dive into, no pun intended.
These guys work hard, they come to you, they assess your damage/​issue before charging, giving you a chance to approve or decline it. Grade A Professionalism. Will use again when problems arise.
PS…Yelp asked me to vote on the supplied photos — i clicked on the gentleman that fixed my plumbing, so that’s who the Unilocal is directed at. The other guys, i’m sure they’re good but they weren’t on-​site so when I click Non Helpful, it’s not personal it just means they weren’t applicable :)
