Skip and his staff are really friendly, accommodating and welcoming. I moved out of Santa Cruz and was concerned that I may need to switch agencies but Skip told me that wherever in the world I go, I can always rely on him :)
I’ve been to other State Farm and AAA offices but no one was as courteous and concerned about me getting the best price for the best policies. I like that all of my insurance (from auto to home) are taken care of by one staff. I like that I don’t have to call a 1.800 number instead I call a local number and get personalized help right away.
I definitely recommend skip Leonard’s office!

Great office. Katrina in the office is always welcoming and helpful. She always has answers to my questions or gets right back to me. Katrina reviews all my accounts and has always been so wonderful.
I’ve worked with Skip for years as well. He’s always checking in on my accounts and it’s very comforting to know we are never forgotten. They provide great recommendations and are definitely about making sure we are properly covered, not about making the sale.

I have been a customer of Skip Leonard’s for 20 years and I’ve never had a bad service. Skip and his staff always treat me with respect and I feel at home when I am in the office. Dealing with insurance isn’t always so fun. But Skip makes you feel at ease with his positive spirit and he knows what he is truly talking about:) I Highly recommend Him and his staff. He is a fair and very honest man. Which I find important when it comes to my claims. If you’re looking for a Family oriented Man who’s honest and has a good personality who will treat you will respect. Go see my man Skip! He is the best:) Xoxox

Skip’s office is awesome! I don’t go in often, I usually handle all of my insurance issues online or over the phone. I recently got married and dropped by the office to add my wife to my policy; Katrina at the front desk helped me with all of the details and happily did all of the legwork with my wife’s old agency. She made the transition seamless even though there were a few hurdles to jump. I really appreciate her following up with me afterward also.

I have had Skip Leonard as my State Farm insurance agent for over 20 years. He and his staff expertly tailor our insurance needs– 8 different policies. I have always found Skip’s office to be a friendly place to do business and their immediate responses to any coverage concerns is irreplaceable.

This was by far the worst office I have been too. The old blonde Katrina is undoubtedly the rudest woman I have met since I’ve moved to California 8 months ago! Not only is she monotone she has terrible customer service skills and Skip is even worse… Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

My son had an accident in my truck a little over a week ago. I called Skips office to put in a claim and was treated to the best service I have ever had from any company. Arrangements were made for a towing company and the truck was taken to a body shop for a repair estimate. The damage was substantial and unfortunately my truck was considered a total loss. Quite frankly, I was expecting to get a low-​ball offer for the loss but to my surprise I was given a very fair settlement and had a check in hand in just barely over a week from the date of the accident. I have been a State Farm customer since 1968 and Skip Leonard has been my agent for almost 20 years. Given the service I have received from State Farm and Skip’s office in particular I don’t think I well ever change.

I have always had excellent service from the agency. Skip, Katrina and his staff are very knowledgeable and take a personal interest in their clients. They have taken the time to explain the products and services they offer. I feel comfortable knowing they are looking out for me. As a result, several of my friends and family are insured through this agency and have all had good experiences. Thank you for everything you guys do! I got locked out of my car for the third time and out of curiousity called my State Farm agent to see if they could help me. Sarah Shaver answered my cry for help and promptly contacted a tow agency and when I asked if I was responsible for payment she told me that she had informed them to send the bill to them. I know how costly it can be to have your car unlocked with a tool that looks like it costs 50 bucks so to hear that all the money I have been paying for car insurance was going to be used to that was a huge relief. The tow truck guy showed up in less than 45 min. and I was in my car in less than a min. I may have been locked out of my car but silver lining people, look for the silver lining.
