WOW! Just picked up my Lexus, couldn’t even tell I had rear ended a truck with my new car. When State Farm recommended R.B. I was a bit skeptical, but figured they offer a lifetime warranty so I gave them a try. Gasner was my customer service rep and Liz helped me when I dropped off my car, they were both very accommodating, and polite. If your ever in need of a great body shop I highly recommend Gasner and the crew at R.B. paint and body.

I went last week to repair my nissan pathfinder, the staff was so professional and detail oriented, specially mister rodrigruez, he really took the time to go over the details of fixing the vehicle. I really recommend that place.

I WAS ABSOLUTELY UNSITISFIED WITH THEIR OVERALL BODY AND PAINT JOB!
About a month ago, a vehicle on the road side swiped me. So I put in a claim through my insurance and went to this body shop to repair my car. They had my car for almost a month, which was an awful long time for the repairs that the vehicle needed. When it was supposedly finally ready to be picked up, the car had a patch of paint that was smudge. I quickly notified them before taking the car and they did fix it right there on the spot. However, after I brought the car back home I noticed the color of the paint did not match the rest of the original paint. This was very upsetting! I was also very upset with the fact that they repaired my rim instead of replacing it. The rim they repaired now looks different from the rest of the others. Besides, this I must give credit to the receptionist by the name LIZ who was ALWAYS polite, kind, and well mannered. After my experience, I will never go back to this place.

They do great work here. The customer service is amazing! They keep you updated on what’s going on and answer any questions you might have. I left with my car looking like it was never involved in an accident, a big smile on my face and a huge chocolate.

This place is the best. My Kia was towed here after an accident on a recommendation. I had not been to the shop until the day I picked up my card. I felt as if I have known Liz and Gaston for years as I received frequent updates on my car from both of them. I did not know what to expect when I picked up my car. The reception/​waiting area is clean with coffee and big screen tv. I was immediately greeted by Liz and Gaston pulled my car to the front. Upon seeing my car, I was relieved. I could not ask for a better job. Guaranteed job for as long as I own my car. What more could you ask for. Job well done!

This place was great. Friendly, clean. They finished early, and they send you text updates on the progress of the repairs. They wash and detail your car. And they give you BIG chocolate bar when you pick up car. Hoping I won’t need them again, but if I do, I will bring my car back here!

Have taken 2 cars to them for rear end collision repairs over the last couple years. Both have come out looking brand new. Walter was a pleasure to work with and their constant communication was great. They even texted me updates every so often so I knew what was happening along the whole process.

I have to say to deal with a Body shop that is straight forward and no BS is hard to find, I had work done here a few years back and was very happy, so when my wife banged up my truck there was no hesitation on where I was going to take my 2007 chevy Silverado this time! Nice and friendly staff and close to where I work and live!

Just picked up my Honda s2000 today that had been rear ended. Chuck reviewed the damages on my car and was very helpful.
They did an exceptional job on my s2000! My car looks brand new. He even washed and waxed my car! The service at R.B. paint was great and the staff is very friendly, you feel at home.

I have been going to this body shop since he first had his shop in the 80’s when his first body shop was on Washington blvd in Whittier. I have owned a few cars that r&b have worked on. All his work has been excellent with no complaints. I have referred friends there for over 30 years and they still take their cars there. Now my adult children take their cars there. If you want professional work done right the first time. If you want your car treated like an exotic car. You need to take it to r&b body shop. I used to manage a body shop so I know the difference between a body shop that is trying to make a living and someone doing it right.

I’m biased because I personally know the owner, but honestly this is the best auto body shop around! For over 25 years R.B. Paint has been fixing cars and helping people out with their accidents. This body shop is efficient and honest. There are no surprises and the pricing is unbeatable!
There are a lot of auto body shops that like to take advantage of their clients by overcharging or adding «other recommendations». Not R.B. Paint though! Ray and his staff will only give «other recommendations» if it helps the CUSTOMER, not them! I know I value honesty and I’m sure everyone who’s had their car fixed here would agree that this is one of the most trustworthy auto body shops around!

Believe it or not I was driving down a city street, when «BAM!» a deer, yes a DEER, antlers and all comes flying over the divider and «WHAM!» right on top of my hood! Thank god it didn’t go through the windshield. It did however cause thousands of dollars in damages to the hood, the radiator and the air conditioner. My daughter recommended R.B. Paint & Body Center and since our insurance approved them, we took our car there for repairs.
After being traumatized by the incident I really didn’t want to deal with a sleezy body shop, so I was very happy to see this professional body shop take such great care of not just the car, but of me as well. My nerves were a mess after the incident. The car was there a few days, it was pretty quick and when the damages exceeded the adjusters numbers, they called the insurance directly, the adjuster came back to the shop, reviewed the work that had been done and the extra things not being covered and they approved them once again! The car looks brand new, and you can’t even tell the whole hood was re-​done! R.B. Paint & Body Center did an awesome job!

No one likes taking your car to a repair shop but this would be an exception. When i arrived at RB. I was treated with the utmost help and respect. They were right on time when they told me the car would be like 3 days. While the car was being serviced they gave me three days on a rental car. Not only that when the car was ready they washed it it and the work was none other than first rate. If you need body work on your car i highly recommend RB.
