Came here just for a quick to go snack. Ordered Jr Jumbo Jack. Waited 8 minutes for this and getting this small and dry patty. The place is not even busy. Not recommended.

Normally speaking, I do not frequent fast food restaurants– however, the cleanliness, the great healthy food choices, (the amazing coupons), and Rosita– the manager and her team are wonderful.
They also have complimentary wi-​fi– in the event you need to squeeze in some work– before hitting the freeway traffic. This would definitely be the place to get good food in a quiet, convenient location with decent parking.
A habit I will be cultivating more often– well done!

Just pulled out of the drive thru– creepy guy working the window was actually trying to hit on me. Awkward and uncomfortable.
Managers… You may want to have a talk with your staff.
Won’t be back to this location. I can’t get my smoothies elsewhere without the creepy vibe.

Horrible service. Never even got greeted at the drive thru. Gave my order but never even saw a person in the restaurant. Been here before but never going there again. I know it’s jack in the box but service needs to get better. So tired that just because it’s a fast food place that they don’t have to provide good service. Can’t even rate this place because it’s below the rating system!

Ate here twice through drive through. Food was good. I like the new buttery jack burger classic. I loveeed it. The taco meat is aweful yuck. But thats not a problem with the restaurant just the menu. Staff is great but the ac is wayyyyy tooooo cold inside, uncomfortably cold. Otherwise its a busy restaurant and clean.

Gaby does not know what the hell she is doing. I had a gift card which I knew had at least a $ 10 balance on it. She charged it and the remaining balance on my gift card, she read wrong and charged me how much I still had on the gift card because she thought that was the remaining total. I still never got my money or gift card back. Terrible.

I visit this Santa Monica location weekly and appreciate the wonderful service and
attention I receive every time. It’s fast, hot and correct and still delivers a friendly
welcome. Norma keeps the counter business moving, and the staff always seems
focused on the job. A quality operation that I almost take for granted!

Perhaps the filthiest «restaurant» I’ve ever visited. Tried it twice thinking that the first time must have been a fluke. The second time was worse. The floor was sticky everywhere. The soda station was absolutely disgraceful. This place ought to be shut down by the Health Department. It certainly is no shining star for the Jack organization. I’ll never visit this location again. By the way, the burger was awful too.

I got an iced coffee from here for 2.18 for a regular, but the cup is as small as a tall at Starbucks, and they didn’t even fill it to the top. It was good but I should have gone next door to the Starbucks. Trying to go cheaper doesn’t always work.

Normally I wouldn’t give a fast food place 5 stars but this one is so good and convenient! It’s right next to Douglas Park so if you’re looking for a cheap lunch and then a chill hangout, this is a great place to go. They serve breakfast all day and I always get one of their breakfast sandwiches!
They don’t serve their sweet potato fries anymore :(But their curly fries are still there and are amazing with ranch!

When I lived in Santa Monica, I used to frequent this Jack in the Box a bit. I loved that they serve breakfast any time. I also liked their menu selections. Never had a bad experience here. Staff is nice, great location and great prices! Had moved to Chicago where there were no Jack’s — so now that I am in Austin, glad to be able to go again! I am sure they will stack up pretty well out here, too.

I have been to several Jack In The Box. It’s fast food so I don’t expect much. But this place makes it different from the rest. I went between 5 – 6 pm today. The lady at the counter (I think her name is Norma, she was the only one taking orders earlier) and I had a little miscommunication. Instead of getting the number 2 sandwich I got the number 1. I was eating in my car and already had 2 bites before I realized it wasn’t what I wanted. I went in and asked to see my receipt to double check. She was really nice to offer to replace my burger even I took a bite already.
It made my night that I got the burger that I wanted. Thanks!

Good place to get a quick bite to eat. Has a parking lot but is very small. There’s also meter parking but can packed due to Douglas park. Gets quite a few homeless there. Food is good there.

I changed my drink from a Dr. Pepper to an Orange Fanta at the last possible second and the dude at the drive-​thru didn’t even sweat it. He was just like, «No problem, my man.» Then, after I got my food he said, «Have a nice day.» Can you believe that shit? Have a nice day. Talk about outstanding customer service! I WILL have a nice day now, THANK YOU VERY MUCH MR. DRIVE-​THRU MAN! You have a wonderful day yourself!

the quality of the food has gone up a notch with the «Jack» head coming down. Grilled cheese sandwich, for only $ 1.00, is one of the best in town and a bargain.
Rice bowl w/​extra veggies (is how you should order it) excellent. We ask them to leave off the chicken.
