I live in Santa Monica and had L.A. Flooring do my custom plantation shutters and wood flooring in my condo. I was extremely happy with the customer service and craftsmanship of the work. Being a real estate agent, I am always looking for quality companies that I can trust and I highly recommend this company to all my clients and friends. They do excellent work and I could not be happier with my floors and shutters.

La flooring helped me with my hardwood floors and plantation shutters and they were extremely professional and reliable. They did a great job. Our office needed new coverings for windows and doors. The estimates we were getting were over the top and still didn’t fit our needs or give us options for fabrics/​materials we wanted to match our design.
I called and Rich was promptly here, with books of fabric options and plenty of style and installations options. Nothing was too much trouble and he got the blinds custom made and installed within a week.
I couldn’t recommend him more if I tried and I am willing to be a reference if anyone wants to verify!

I found Rich through Unilocal/​online sites in order to find the most suitable flooring contractor to take care of our apartments on the westside.
I want to leave this review so other people looking through Unilocal can understand/​believe that he is the flooring contractor that you want to hire. Our company has used his services multiple times to replace old carpeting to new laminate hardwood flooring.
Rich is a genuine guy who is always on time and courteous. Regular homeowner’s to apartment owners should feel comfortable asking Rich for your services.
I’m sure his team will do a splendid job.

I travel frequently and I needed a company that was flexible with my schedule. Rich was patient and understanding through the whole process. He listened to what I wanted and gave real advice for what I needed. His team was fast and did a great job. I would definitely work with Rich again!!!

Rich from LA Flooring was wonderful! He showed up not just ON TIME, for an estimate, but EARLY :) He did some measurements for our rental house so that we could install new vinyl flooring. After he put our estimate together he told us that we should go with tile. He dosn’t even sell tile! He was actually LOOKING OUT FOR US, INSTEAD OF HIS WALLET!!! WOW!!! You don’t see such honesty in business these days. If we need any window coverings (he sells them too) we will definitely call Rich. Thank you Rich! You’re the best.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VALUE FOR MONEY! This is the first time ever I am writing a review on Unilocal,but this place is simply too good not to share. I recently moved into a dumpy apartment in Santa Monica as a result of needing to find accommodation fast. I was desperate to fix the place up and called LA flooring and Window after seeing a job they did for a fiend of mine. Rich, the owner came by my place personally and after being embarrassed about the state it was in, he assured me he would fix it up and turn it into a place that felt like home and reflected my own taste. He was sweet and understanding and immediately went to work on measuring floor and window spaces after offering some great ideas as well. A couple days later my entire apartment was redone top to bottom and for a sinfully small amount. I can’t express how impressed and happy I am, and my friends love my place. I can’t recommend these guys enough, they are kind, professional, affordable and creative… and, I think if you as nicely, the owner Rich may even give you a surf lesson, apparently he is quite good.
