As far as staff and service, they were excellent. Doctor was nice and staff was friendly. The office and hospital were clean. So what’s the problem?
I had two surgeries with doctor Daneshrad and he couldn’t completely heal my ear. He said the 3^rd surgery would have been extremely major and costly, etc. My insurance would have completely covered it all so I didn’t care, but after 2 surgeries, I lost all confidence. I decided to find another doctor who could operate on me. Sure enough, I found him. The new doctor said it’s very doable and won’t be a major surgery. Yea sure, service is excellent and the office feels very welcoming, but what’s the point if he can’t fix me properly.

Dr Daneshrad performed a Deviated Septum correction and Turbinate Reduction surgery for me. I could no be happier with the results as all the mouth breathing and nasal congestion is gone.

Dr. Daneshrad removed our son’s tonsils and adenoids in late December. Our experience with him and his office was first class all the way.
From the scheduler, Carole, who guided us through the process, to the anesthesiologist who called us the night before to give us an idea of the process and answers questions, to the nurses, and finally to Dr. Daneshrad himself, everyone did their best to treat our son with top notch care, and helped a couple of nervous parents get through a very stressful operation.
This event was life changing for us. Before, our son struggled to sleep at night, making his days miserable — he was inattentive and ill-​mannered, both at home and at school. Now it’s 3 months later, he sleeps like a baby, on a regular schedule, and everyone at his pre-​school, our extended family, and others have said that he is a like a new kid.
The first day we met with Dr. Daneshrad, he was very careful in his analysis and recommendations. I got a great vibe from him immediately. He didn’t push us into getting an operation; he just laid out the pros and cons, and left it up to us to decide whether to go ahead with the operation.
When we arrived for the operation he met with us beforehand and set us at ease, explaining step by step what would happen, how long it would take, what to expect.
After the operation he came out to the waiting room and said, «you can expect his behavior to change immediately». He was right.
I have to add that the most stressful time of the post-​operation is the first three days. On one of those days we had to call Dr. Daneshrad very late on a weekend night with an urgent question. Of course he wasn’t in his office, so we left a message with his answering service. I expected that he would call the next day. Instead, he called right back and gave us the advice we needed.
If you have a child with enlarged tonsils and adenoids, enough that it causes snoring and sleep apnea, and your insurance covers Dr. Daneshrad, I recommend that you take your child to him for care. We are so grateful that we did.

Dr. Daneshrad has all the qualities of a great doctor — his compassionate bedside manner is equal to his obvious smarts! I brought my college age daughter to see him for help with her lingering headaches, and with a brain MRI which indicated some possible sinus issues. He took his time with us, taking down all the details of her symptoms and history. I appreciate that Dr. Daneshrad did not jump to the conclusion of a link, but instead prescribed a nasal steroid spray and ordered a cat scan, telling us that if the spray did not provide relief, and if the sinus cat scan looked normal, she was probably «barking up the wrong tree» for the source of her headaches. When the cat scan did show severe sinus blockage, and medication did not resolve the issue, we opted for endoscopic surgery by him, performed at his surgery center on premises. The surgery went well and there was no packing of the nose — (see his website for details on this type of surgery). Dr. Daneshrad and his entire staff are very kind and informative, and twice when questions arose during the days of recovery at home, I was able to speak directly to the Dr within minutes of sending an after hours email. The office is beautiful, modern and clean, and all operations run very smoothly. I highly recommend Dr Daneshrad for all your ENT needs!

I had a very nice experience with Dr. Payam Daneshrad. I suffered a major orbital fracture after a severe biking accident.Dr. Danashrad answered all my questions, made me and my husband feel at ease, and kept us well informed throughout all stages of my treatment. The complicated surgical repair went off without a hitch. During my surgery — the nurse assistant who helped me was very comforting and sweet — she was very patient and helped me the entire time. His staff is very accommodating. Carol, his secretary was my favorite — she helped me from the very beginning and she also did her best to make sure to my needs were met during scheduling. Thank you all for an amazing experience! It made the whole ordeal bearable. If you ever suffer head and facial trauma you’d have to suffering from brain damage not to go with Dr. Daneshrad (sorry, a little head trauma humor). — Ann B.

I made an appointment to see Dr Daneshrad and when I arrived they asked for my insurance info. I have a very good PPO plan. Then they told me that they wanted to hold my credit card on file in case they were not paid by the insurance in a timely manner. When I posed concerns about the security of doing that (even major corporations lose credit card info) they said they would not treat me without the credit card information.
I walked out.

I had my tonsils removed by Dr. Daneshrad. The Dr. and his staff were all incredibly lovely and supportive to me through this entire process. Dr. Daneshrad did a great job explaining to me the procedure and how to prepare for my recovery.
His assistant was very kind and even called to check in on me a few times during my recovery. She also was very helpful when my husband called to ask questions along the way.
I highly recommend this Dr. for your ENT needs.

I started experiencing ringing in my ears and my doctor recommended Dr. Daneshrad. I scheduled an appointment online (I love this!) and didn’t have to wait too long to be seen. I easily found street parking but if you wish to pay more than you would for meter parking, there is an underground pay parking lot which is conveniently located below the building. The office building is easy to navigate and the office waiting area is very spacious and comfortable. I checked in when I arrived and was taken in for my hearing test after about a 15 minute wait (not bad!). The staff at the front desk were all very nice and so was the lady who conducted my hearing test. Once she had the results (which were immediately), I only had to wait a few minutes more before the doctor saw me. Dr. Daneshrad is very nice and listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions. So far, he’s been a good recommendation.

I have my own business and have just received insurance ok to receive surgery from Dr. Daneshrad, The Dr has 2 reviews. One is from an active Unilocal participant while the other has one sole review panning the services provided.
My business has had 25 Legitamate 5 star reviews taken down from families who loved our services. We have 2 negative (one of which is bogus) reviews and 10 5star reviews. It is unfair to disallow Unilocal readers the fair opportunity to see the totality of reviews. When it comes to restaurants I find Unilocal a valuable resource. Do not enable Unilocal to dissuade you from receiving quality medical care from well regarded providers.
I have Dr Daneshrad to be knowledgeable and caring. My office waits have been minimal and his staff have been professional. I look forward with confidence to my surgery and am glad to have this man as my surgeon.

Perhaps I’m overly sensitive, and maybe this is the medical industry as a whole… However once again it seems that I have encountered a physician that is more inclined to request follow-​up appointments than is actually concerned about servicing the patient. When one prescription didn’t help, the doctor wanted me to come in again, even though nothing had changed. So he can see the same thing, and make the same diagnosis? Wow, ok. Pretty disappointed that there is a greater level of «care». On the up side, the staff was quite friendly.

Came to Dr. Daneshrad for an emergency procedure 2 years after leaving the emergency room. Carol and the office staff were extremely accommodating and I was able to schedule a surgery within a few days. I’m very thankful for how much they’ve helped me.
