Matt Amsden is one of the world’s leading raw chefs. Matt began eating a diet of exclusively raw foods virtually overnight, after hearing a radio interview with author David Wolfe, in 1998. Matt, along with his partner Janabai, own the première plant-based, vegan, raw café, Rawvolution in Santa Monica, California. They have shared their chef talent with thousands including Alicia Silverstone, Cher, Susan Sarandon and super-model Carol Alt.
