Intense, challenging, and very effective workouts in an outdoor setting … or location of your choosing. Weight loss, nutritional guidance, improved endurance, increased strength, and general fitness. I offer personalized, one-​on-​one training along with small group boot camps throughout the West Side of Los Angeles. I am a highly supportive, motivated, and knowledgeable trainer, and I take your progress and success very seriously.

History

Established in 2012.

Sabertooth Fitness started as a beach workout where I sharpened my skills and built on my base of training, fitness, and nutrition experience. Over the next few years, I grew the workouts to various parks, tracks, and stairs to keep up with the demand from the attendees. I now hold at least 4 classes each week, and I keep the rest of my schedule open for private and small group clients. We have trained for The Tough Mudder, the Camp Pendelton Mud Run, and other events, and we regularly attend those as a group.

I am Pete. a supramaximal exercise practitioner and fitness and nutrition geek who has completely abandoned the gym for high-​intensity, body weight training techniques. I cracked the diet and exercise code about 6 years ago after slogging through the usual gyms and injuries. Now, I am leaner, healthier, stronger, and faster at 52 than I have ever been. If I can do it, you can do it. let me help you.

Helping my fellow man achieve fitness and athleticism is my true passion. I’ve been training co-​workers in offices, and holding classes in parks, on beaches, and on stairs. Over 450 classes and even more personal training sessions … no repeats of workouts … no exercise-​related injuries … lots of six-​packs … lots of fit, happier people.

Someone recently asked me what I would do if I won the lottery. My answer was that I would open a training facility to reach more people. Until that happens, let me work with you to focus on your individual goal.
