Best pizza in the area. Like, I like this pizza better than any crap pizza(dominos, papa johns) and I ALSO like it better than any gourmet pizza(800 degrees, gjelina). It’s my favorite pizza in LA.

My favorite pizza spot in Santa Monica! Pizza’s always taste so crispy/toasty and fresh! Great quality stuff. Try the wings at the spiciest level. The menu has a variety of items(calzones ETC) Free wifi. Great service!

Pizza is good, lots of seating inside and out. The service was good and wait wasn’t too long.

Horrible service it’s like they are running around with their heads cutoff and don’t dare ask when they might have your order ready they will snap at you right away

As some others mentioned, I waited quite a while for a lonely, dry, forgettable slice of pepperoni.

We get pizza every week. But now the pizzas are dry with hardly any sauce. The cheese is hard and dry on top. The crust is so hard to chew. Slice use to be my favorite pizza place. I looked forward to it every week. Slice what has happened? Hope you can fix what is going wrong. I want to eat your pizza. But I might start buying $ 5.00 pizza.

I usually never write reviews but it by far my favorite pizza place. I am a usual customer. I go there at least twice a week and every time it’s a pleasure. The pizzas are amazing, the service perfect. I highly recommend it !!!

Still rated high. Word of advice though, you don’t know who speaks what language, talking smack is part of the restaurant business I been there, but be mindful especially when calling your client a terrorist. I let it go no worries but I haven’t ordered since. God bless.

I just love the size of the meat slices I get on my pizza’s when ever I come here to eat, on the fountain drinks you can drink all you can drink on refill’s. The pizza’s are literally made from scratch.

I must give this place 5 stars since this is the first decent slice of pizza I’ve had since moving to LA from the east coast. It was so delicious and I enjoyed all of it to the last bite of the crust. I don’t know about any other time but this week they were on the ball, and I will order from them again. I wish I could find decent Chinese food! :)

CLOSED @ 9:00 ??? Really? On the weekend? I guess they are doing really well during the week. I don’t care how«good» the pizza is but really…9:00 pm? On a weekend, in summer? Ridiculous.

After the positive Unilocal reviews, I was surprised. Maybe I got an off pie? The Unilocal pics look decent. Perhaps they have some inconsistency. I found mine to be severely lacking in sauce(a pet peeve) and bland. Not impressed with the quality of ingredients and flavor. Also, it was undercooked. I don’t care how much of a hurry you are in, you should never hand over an undercooked pizza… it just ruins it. Note: I am a major pizza lover. I never grew up — cheese pizza is my favorite food. Unfortunately, I live in Los Angeles, not the best place for pizza. Pizza I like has a mottled appearance — I want to see cheese and sauce mingling, thin crust, and has some grease. I want the most fatty decadent cheese possible and you can’t have that without some grease, yes? Ok then.

Great prices, good [no frills] food. Unfortunately it can take a very long time to get your to-go food, even when you call in ahead of time. Plan an extra 15 min on top of the quoted time frame.(Still worth it.)

Drawing power is the cheap eats price: $ 3.25 for Mushroom slice. And for under $ 7, I had a slice, a pair of meatballs, and a Dr. Pepper. But the dough is cut from the same cardboard from the box it came from. Filling and easy on the wallet, but let’s not confuse this place with good. So while it might be appealing enough for Santa Monica College students on a budget, it’s simply not enough for discernible grown-up tastes. #smc-area

This is absolutely, without a doubt, the best pizza in Los Angeles. I love it so much that, when I lived in Sherman Oaks for a year and a half, I drove to Santa Monica when I wanted great pizza. It was totally worth the drive. The pizza and wings are fantastic; the food is priced very reasonably; and the staff is really nice. I can’t ask for anything else, and I’ll be a costumer for a long time.

Was looking for something other than bagel crust(what?) or chain pizza. This hit the spot. We’re Midwest/east coast transplants so I do agree that it IS a good NY style pie. Not sure of anywhere else in our vicinity(Venice) with good REAL pizza like this. Also got some mozz sticks that were great. I hear the wings are good but they don’t have a BBQ flavor and I wish they had more pizza toppings. I wanted something spicy like jalapeños or banana peppers.
