If you have a lemon law problem, John is the attorney to contact! We had a recurring roof leak in the first 18 months after buying our new Jeep. Dealer couldn’t fix it, and every time it rained or went through the car wash, water would seep in through the hard top. I contacted about six different firms who bill themselves as specializing in California Lemon Law cases. I chose John because he was far and away the most responsive (none of the others responded quickly, and none were as clear as John about what information they needed from me to get started. In addition to the lemon law case, John was also kind enough to advise me on a problem I was having with replacing a faulty American Range stove (in which the company had agreed to replace it, but were jerking me around, lying to me, and drawing things out for months.) He explained what I should do to call them out on their breach of contract, and how to get them to make good on their commitment (and did not accept my offer to pay him for the extra advice.) His suggestions helped me to finally resolve that matter, as well!
