A great experience! Roy explained everything to me (since it’s been about 13 years since I got a piercing), and made sure any questions I had were answered! Very clean and neat, and he was very gentle and polite and funny. Made me relax so much. I’d recommend him to anyone!

Brought my son to get his ears pierced and we had nothing but a good experience. We were walked the process and the owner was very knowledgable. I appreciate he is the one that takes care of everything to make sure his clients are satisfied. I would definitely recommended loops and piercings. It’s a nice and clean environment and the prices are reasonable.

This place was an excellent first piercing experience. My daughter was excited and nervous, but Roy put her at ease immediately. He is a true professional, and his shop is bright and well-​kept. He clarified everything extremely well, making sure my daughter understood the piercing cleaning process ~ and also made certain that we had signed all paperwork to make the piercings legitimate. My daughter said that getting the piercings done didn’t hurt a single bit! Thank you, Roy, for a wonderfully memorable experience!

Best piercer in sonoma county! Roy is knowledgable, professional, quick, precise, clean, experienced all around awesome piercer. He really is great! I’ve had 4 piercings from him now and every time he is just awesome and so good at calming my nerves, mainly because I trust his work :)

Walked in because I needed a new nose stud. My only complaint is that the selection of nose studs was not that great. But a great fitting of the stud to my nose — it doesn’t move around at all or poke out the front. I’m really satisfied with the service. Very clean and very easy to talk to.

I haven’t gotten a piercing since high school, so I was terrified getting my nipples pierced. Roy was great! I couldn’t have asked for an easier experience or better piercer!

Roy is a total doll! I got my belly button and both tragus piercings done by him. He is honest, up front, and always there if you need advice or have questions. Also helps to note he is hilarious and makes the entire process as painless as possible. His shop is VERY clean and decorated nicely. Roy really cares about the customer experience including making sure your piercing heals up well; can’t say that about other shops I’ve been too. I only trust Roy to do my piercings!

I’ve had other piercings before, and this was a great experience. I got my nose pierced again (had to take it out years ago for a job), and Roy did a great job. I even had my young son with me, and Roy was very cool with him. Roy was thorough in his explanations, and his studio is clean. I am a nurse, so I paid attention to things like sterilization and technique, and Roy was good to go in these areas. His pricing is pretty standard, no surprises. His choice of jewelry was good, and I got exactly what I hoped to get. My visit was quick but not rushed at all. I will definitely go back if I decide to get another piercing down the road.

I just got my first piercing ever from Roy and I can honestly say Roy truly is the best piercer in Santa Rosa… experienced, professional, but also a super nice guy.
I’ve got a serious fear of needles, and it took me 2 or so years to get up the nerves to get my nose done: Roy was super calm and when I came in a few days ago to see his shop he happily showed me everything and answered my every question.
The shop is small but elegant and nicely put together– art and some quiet music keep the environment low key and enjoyable. His prices are totally reasonable for what he’s offering: HIGH quality piercings and jewelry. He has surgical steel and titanium, both which are top quality, and when it comes to body modification, it’s not a good idea to try and get «cheap deals».
I highly recommend Roy and his shop: he’s amazing and I can honestly say I’d get another piercing with him in a heartbeat.

Went a few weeks ago for both ears. Literally the only time it hurt was during the piercing and its more like a quick burn than real pain. I felt zero discomfort within 15 minutes of the deed. 100% trouble free ever since. Roy is the Real Deal… very relaxed and professional but very engaging. Super clean and sterile shop. GO THERE!!! 50 BUCKS FOR BOTH EARS INCLUDING STUDS! You get what you pay for…

Loop and Pierces is the best. It’s clean and comfortable. Roy is a very nice, knowledgable person who obviously knows his trade. I had my upper ear pierced and second holes in my lobes pierced today. It was quick and a pleasant experience. I felt light headed and a little nauseous after the upper ear and Roy had me lay down for a minute until it passed. He kept checking on me and asking how I was doing. He’s a great guy and you feel instantly at ease. Everything is sterilized and done properly with care. Highly recommended.

Just was in to get my navel pierced and I couldn’t be more pleased by the experience. I went to Roy full of questions and he was very reassuring and informative. During the piercing he made me feel very comfortable, distracted me with stories and jokes, and reminded me to breathe. It was over so quickly and I barely felt anything! He also let me relax in the room for a few minutes to make sure I recovered.
Overall a great shop, very clean and professional. Definitely highly recommend.

Honestly, I’m torn. I’ve been here multiple times and Roy is great, no doubt about it! I’ve gotten a couple different piercings and they have all turned out beautifully.
BUT today I wanted to take my man to get a piercing and I wanted to get another as well and some new jewelry. We got there at about 11:50 to be early since we had to be back in Sonoma by 1:30 and it’s about a 40 minute drive. We got to the door and a nice guy from the tattoo shop told us that Roy usually gets there from 12 – 12:30 even though they open at 12. So we waited outside till 12:30 and there was still no sign of him and we had to drive back to Sonoma by that point. I would of easily dropped $ 100+ today and I always tip I know it’s not about the money but I’m pretty disappointed since I like this place so much and I’d rather not take my business somewhere else, but it’s pretty unprofessional. Like I said, I’m torn

Let me start by saying I haven’t been here for a piercing myself, but I’ve been there a few times with my girlfriend and her friend as well.
The best thing about this place hands down is Roy, such an amazing guy. Always friendly, down to earth and super easy to talk to. My girlfriend has been here for two separate piercings. Both times Roy has been amazing and makes you feel comfortable in any situation.
The shop is super clean and has some fantastic artwork. They seem to have a great selection as well.

I wish customer service was this great everywhere. It doesn’t even feel like you’re a customer, more like a buddy. Just got my nipples done here, and holy cow did it hurt, but they did a great job! He was very respectful without me having to say anything (Im not often shirtless so I get uncomfortable), and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. Made me laugh and ease the nerves of getting pierced.
Afterwards he let me lay there for as long as I wanted even though there was somebody waiting, he made sure I was feeling A-​ok before I left. Great experience! All my friends go here and I will keep recommending it!

I got my tragus pierced there today and I had a wonderful experience. Roy was so nice and relaxed about everything so it put me at ease (this was my first time getting a tattoo or piercing alone.) I was a little nervous at first but right when I walked in I got a great vibe and my nerves went away. The place was extremely clean and Roy was thorough. He went through the cleaning process with you and made sure any questions were answered. The piercing itself was not as painful as I was thinking it was going to be. It was like any other piercing I have experienced. Roy told me every step he was doing and told me when to breathe. This shop may have been a little more expensive than some tattoo shops but I felt it was worth it. My piercing was $ 50, which included the jewelry. I wish I had cash on me so I could give him a tip. Sorry Roy! You’re awesome!
