In her first year in Real Estate Trish was rookie of the year, selling over 40 homes. For the next 12 years Trish has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of all Sonoma County Agents. In 2011 Tim McCall joined her team as a partner of McCall and Company and together they were awarded #1 in production, units sold, and Volume for both Sonoma and Marin Counties. I met Tim about 6 months ago and haven’t looked back since. I have only ever heard AMAZING reviews about him and his team. They are so knowledgeable and trustworthy, its crazy how many connections they really have. They are not just your average Realtor, they are here from the beginning to the end and beyond. They make every client a priority and educate/​lead you through the sometimes difficult process of buying a home. There is so much more involved than simply putting a sign up and getting a house sold, and they completely understand that. I wanted to thank Katrina Mae Beaudin for the stellar service I received from her! I inquired on a property in Santa Rosa and Katrina was very helpful, responsive, professional, and kind! I was especially impressed with the fact that I was important to Katrina even though I wasn’t a million-​dollar property sale — these days so many people are all about their commissions but Katrina considered me an important client even though my inquiry was for a more humbly-​priced property. Kudos to Katrina; and while I won’t ultimately be going for the particular property I inquired on, Katrina will be my go-​to person for future North Bay home sale inquiries and I encourage people to ask for Katrina specifically. What an absolutely fantastic Realtor Trish McCall is, but that’s not all; when you use the McCall team you literally get a whole team working FOR you, and with you. I am a person who prefers information on all steps and they provided, and did so with complete kindness and professionalism. Not only did Trish McCall sell our home in CA. she even took the time to sit with us and the notary to explain and assist us with purchasing our home in Texas! I have never dealt with a realtor of this caliber, which is FANTASTIC, but would never use another now. Just have to add, it was a very stressful intense time and Angela, Amanda, Trish, and all the team showed true compassion and caring, helping with the emotional side of selling the family home as well as the business side. Trish, Tim, and the entire McCall Team are truly amazing. Hardworking and smart working, they helped us through a very difficult time. They were responsive, efficient, and sensitive in helping us sell my mother’s house after her passing. Always professional, yet kind and considerate, they went the extra mile in all the details and walked us through every step of the process. Together, they function as a true team, where members are positioned to play to their strengths.
I first spoke with Tim on a Friday morning, and within a few hours, both Trish and Tim came to see the house and meet with us. Once we decided to work with them, they had our house on the market in 24 hours with gorgeous pictures and well-​crafted brochures, in a Brokers’ Tour within 48 hours, and our first offer in five days. After accepting the offer, the house closed in thirty-​five days.
The personal attention I received from the McCall Team was unreal. I strongly recommend them with no reservations whatsoever. Outstanding realtors, because they are outstanding people.
