Established in 2005.

I was a new home owner with a pool and decided I was going to clean and service it myself. When all my neighbors complimented me on how great it looked and asked if I would service their pools I decided I had found my calling. I bought my first route and have been going strong ever since.

Business Owner

My name is Steve Elbik and I am the owner of A Better Solution Pool Service. I recently got married and have 2 handsome boys. I was born in San Diego and have lived in Santee my whole life.

I am a member in good standing, and former President /​Vice President of IPSSA — the Independent Pool and Spa Service Association. I also am licensed as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO).

I am very passionate about my work and I take pride in what I do. I will be the one cleaning and servicing your pool come rain or shine.
