I’m really unhappy with the pricing of the some of the items. I went in looking for an ugly Christmas sweater for my work Christmas party. A little late to the pickings were slim, but that’s not why I’m upset. I’m mad because the sweaters that they did have were $ 30 for an ugly sweaters from the 80’s! Wtf? No way! I was going to pay $ 5 or even $ 10, but $ 30 for a ugly thing I’m only going to wear once. Bye Goodwill! You suck!

A friend and I went here for the first time today. I will admit that parking can be a bit tight, but not bad when you’re here on the off hours.
This store is a lot bigger than the other Goodwill stores I’ve been to in San Diego. Like many other thrift stores they organize by color so it can be hard to find your size.
They have a good selection of different items to look through and worth going through the isles to find what you’re looking for.
The older gentleman that helped my friend and I at the dressing room was very professional and sweet.
The ladies at the register were really nice as well. So I believe my friend and I got here with the nicer staff.
The people going around restocking weren’t in the customer’s way and allowed us to move around and even go through the clothes they were putting back.
I would recommend going to this location just to see what they have.

This Goodwill has tons of clothes. That’s what I like about it. What I don’t like is how they price everything individually. That means if you find a designer item, they up the price quite a bit. Despite this, I come here all the time. Also, the fitting rooms are always clean and regulated by an attendant.
Also, unlike other counties, all Goodwills in San Diego give students a little (but wonderful) discount. So be sure to bring your school ID, kids (myself included, of course).

I can’t walk out of here without finding a bargain or two… or ten.
Clothes galore! I usually don’t have time to look at the brick-​a-​brac, furniture, or other cool items they have because I spend all my time rummaging through the clothes.
The store has always been organized and clean when I’ve stopped by on my treasure hunts. The parking can be a little sticky sometimes, but I’ve always found a spot (on occasion, I’ll have to wait a minute or two for someone to finish walking to their car and loading up so I can take their spot).
Will keep coming back– I can’t resist their prices!

This Goodwill is my favorite! From clothes to furniture; I always find something awesome here! I have scored a perfect condition leather recliner, fun party dress, cool shoes, and a great purse.
The staff seams to be a bit happier here too. Everyone is upbeat & friendly. I used to consult with one of the women here when I tried on clothes ;) she was promoted & moved to a different store but happiness still abounds here!

After reading some of the past reviews I think this store deserves a lot more recognition, the customer service and prices were great! They offer military & student discounts which turned my $ 21 fee to a $ 19 fee.

This is one of my favorite thrift stores! While I don’t mind digging to find treasures at messier stores, it’s really nice to come here where everything is so neatly organized. It’s also one of the bigger Good Wills in the county so they have more stuff, including furniture. The clothes are organized by type, the home goods are all in one area, and the kitchen items and various knick-​knacks are arranged by color. I don’t think the prices are too bad. Occasionally I’ll see something that seems a little high for a thrift store, but generally I am pleased with their prices and feel like I’m getting a good deal.
The parking lot is definitely hard to get in and out of during busy times, so keep that in mind when you go.

This place is kinda cool. Lot’s of odd ball treasures to be found. But damn, how do you sleep at night marking donated items up so much?! I guess the point to shop there is to get something in return for your donation so you don’t feel so ripped off.

Really pleased to have been greeted at the drop off area. They were prompt and got to the receipt paper work as I unloaded my goods. I cleaned out my closet and thought a deposit at the good will for some excellent karma.
I donated a ton of housewares. Some of which fell to the floor thru the box (bummer) I spilled — at least it could be used as firewood if nothing else.
I was in and out in –7 mins and you can bet I’ll be back!

I love how clean and organized this store is. The workers are friendly and helpful. They have a good variation of items. This was the first place I ever used my Senior Discount after I turned 55 yrs old! Parking is a bit of a challenge at times but I have always been able to find a spot.

I never walk out of this spot empty handed. Found myself some new designer clothes for less than $ 6 a piece! Like any other thrift store it’s a little musty, but they keep the place well-​organized and very stocked. The employees are cheerful and have always encouraged me to take advantage of their deals. Thumbs up for the flagship store!

I am a big time thrifter, so I was really excited the first time I came to this Goodwill because of its size. but this place definitely has its pros and its cons.
Pros: large store, TONS of clothes, incredibly neat and organized (for a thrift store), cleaner than most thrift stores, nice fitting rooms
Cons: HORRIBLE parking (I feel like there are 10 spots in lot, and they are all a very tight fit), very overpriced for a thrift store (in my opinion) — considering this stuff is secondhand and pretty much donated for free, I don’t know how they come up with such high prices for their basic, non name-​brand name items
All in all, if you aren’t really a big thrifter and are just looking for a decent deal on some secondhand clothing, without the hassle of digging for good finds in a somewhat unclean/​relatively unorganized store. then yeah, I recommend this Goodwill. On the other hand, if you thrift often like me, and are willing dig and get dirty for some great finds at great prices, I definitely do NOT recommend this store. it is far too pricey for your frugal shopping habits.

Natalia or whatever the damn managers name was, is RUDE, STUPID, UNCOOPERATIVE and we will NEVER be back again. I come in here often and lately everything is over priced and service is terrible. They messed up and priced items incorrectly and wanted to charge way too much for the items and ms. idiot manager said, «well we made a mistake but I can’t give you the cheaper price.» Um, if it’s YOUR mistake then that’s on you lady. Avoid this store. And their worthless staff. One star because I have to give something.

This is a pretty decent Goodwill, but the prices of things have gone way up. Yes, you are still getting a good deal, but you really need to know your brands so you don’t get ripped off. I have seen so pretty cheapo brands end up in the *designer* section and they are NOT. I tend to think the hand stitched tags with fancy lettering is some independent cool brand so I come and look fort hose a lot. They are normally made with better fabrics, and a good deal. A may find out later that they came from the $ 5.00 or less store… I hope not
The pants and jeans are normally what I come for because $ 6.99 for jeans is still decent for me. I just look for the better brands and stay away from brands like GLO.
They have dressing rooms, but usually limit you to 6 items, which is sort of a pain when you have family in tow and have to keep coming back for the other stuff to try on. I used to have a system where I had my sister or a buddy with me, and they would just take what I didn’t want and hand me more stuff as I was in the dressing room. They let you get away with that. So have a buddy system
I sort of prefer the Downtown spot better, but this does the trick when I don’t want to travel as far

This one of the best thrift stores I’ve seen in a long time. Everything is SO organized and neatly kept. They’ve got just about everything you can think of here. The glass ware is all organized by color and housewares department is well stocked and kept neatly on numerous open shelves.
I’ll keep coming back to this budget saver!

This place was awesome! It smelled good and the prices were terrific. I found a pair of Nordstrom water boots brand new with the tag still on it for my grand to play in the rain for $ 2.50 and they are CUTE! My only complaint is that everything is seperated by color rather than size. That makes it hard to find stuff. But I guess if you know what color you want that is a good place to start right?

Not a bad place to thrift-​shop for clothes.
The main parking is kind of sketchy so it’s probably just wiser to park across the street in the shopping center. It’s just too easy to get into a fender bender due to the layout of this place. I went on a weekend and it just looked like a disaster waiting to happen. So keep that in mind.
Once inside, there were tons of clothes, kind of hard to find some stuff in my size (32), but I came across a pair of jeans for a costume and they were only $ 5.99 and to top that off, they offer student and military discount which brought it down to $ 5.39. Not a huge difference on a per item basis like that, but it is definitely helpful if you’re picking up a few things.
The condition of most of these items are pretty good too, my jeans looked brand new and for the price I couldn’t complain. I’ll probably be back to see if I can’t find some cargo shorts or something.
If you’re going to pop some tags, this place is good to go.

It is clean but prices are too high! I have seen the same products new in store for the same price!
Seems like Goodwill is getting greedy lately.

I remember when this store was Purple Heart and my mom brought me there as a kid. And then it was Poss-​Abilities, which was not the best place to thrift as it smelled and nothing was good there.
I was surprised with the new remodel! I was driving by one day and decided ‘why not, i’ll check it out.’ I’m really impressed! The store is bright, clean, and the clothes are organized by color and style, which I thought was pretty cool. The prices here are moderate; you’re not going to find a shirt here for $ 1; they range 2 – 5 bucks. Better than the vintage stores we have around here! Oh yeah, and they have a military discount!
At Goodwill I have bought a couple outfits for around $ 10, a really nice 90’s sundress for $ 3 that I wear A LOT, and shoes for $ 3. I’m very satisfied with this thrift store.

I was in heaven! Back home, the Goodwill stores are sort of a mess. We just randomly decided to check out what they looked like in San Diego County and we weren’t disappointed!
My job required me to dress professionally, but after so many years of casual employers, I had no dress clothes. I searched all the department stores of deals on business clothing — not wanting to spend a lot on something I knew I wouldn’t need for too long — and wasn’t having any luck. Until we found Goodwill! I was able to find great business attire for cheap (each piece was less than $ 5!!!) and even found shoes. Now, I’m picky about used shoes, but the majority of the shoes here look as if they never been worn. In fact, many of the clothes I came across still had tags on.
All in all, a great place to shop for clothes, shoes, home items, and art. The store is so beautifully organized by color and clothing type, it makes it so much less frustrating to find what you’re looking for. My only complaint is the jeans; I wish they would organize them by size.
