Dennis Morrow, Natasha Najafi and Reza Najafi assisted my husband and I in selling my husbands family home in 2007 in Mill Valley. They all made sure we obtained the best price during a difficult selling market. Since then they have helped us purchase a property in San Anselmo and Santa Rosa! They have always thought of our best interest first! The experience and wisdom saved us thousands of dollars! We will continue to use Paradise Properties for all our home buying needs!

Purchased property through them. We found the place. They didn’t. Felt we had to use some Realtor at the time and later learned from the terrible experience — strongly dislike these people.
Later… Lease property from them. Complained about them renting business property to a company which eventually shut down due to arrests due to illegal sex related crimes. They let the business continue, and it took our involvement to get the police to shut it down.
We eventually shut our business down and ended up paying a significant amount back to them from our initial deposit.
Honestly will never suggest anyone use their services. We make huge mistakes by ever doing business with them

I am 25 years old and recently graduated from college back in 2010. From 2005 – 2010 I moved 5 different times between Santa Barbara and San Francisco and subsequently dealt with 5 different property management companies. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Paradise Properties for over 2 years now and they are Without a doubt THE BEST property management company I have ever dealt with. The other companies I had the displeasure of dealing with treated me as if I was nothing more than a number/​paycheck and didn’t even seem to know who I was even after a full year of interaction. Reza, Natasha, and the rest of the Paradise Properties team treat you as if you were one of their own (for example we are all on a first name basis and personal cell phones and even texting have become a standard means of communication rather than the anonymous secretary and corporate telephone number/​voicemail I had grown so accustomed to). As a small business owner, I have come to understand what customers truly value in a business relationship and I am happy to say that Paradise Properties exhibit the same values that I myself strive to exhibit to my customers.
From the moment I moved in to the current house I am living at in Sausalito I have had the misfortune of being severely discriminated against by my neighbor who would love nothing more than to have me move away. In his deranged mind, 25 year olds are not «Sausalito material» and this guy has been trying to get us evicted for over 2 years now because he believes that I am bringing down his property value due to basically nothing more than the fact that I am 25. You see, I live in a neighborhood that is comprised of people all over the age of 40 and he is convinced that having young people on the block is in some way ruining the neighborhood, even though I am not much different than any other neighbor except for the fact that I come and go much more often and enjoy having between 1 and 5 friends over on occasion. Long story short, this neighbor of mine calls/​emails Reza on a regular basis to rant and rave about how we shouldn’t be allowed to live here. Reza has spent countless hours dealing with this guy and he could have very easily given up a long time ago and simply not renewed my month to month lease in order to put a stop to the constant harassment he has to deal with. I am convinced that any other property manager would have given up a long time ago and quite frankly I wouldn’t blame Reza if he had done so, but he hasn’t. Reza and I know that I am a wonderful tenant and don’t deserve to be treated in the way that I am by the neighbor. I have worked very hard to get to where I am and I truly love living in this house, so much so that I hope to one day purchase the property (which Reza is also trying to help me with) once I have the means to do so in a few years.
Even in the face of a lawsuit (the neighbor is now suing Paradise Properties as a last ditch effort to get his way) Reza, Natasha, and the rest of the Paradise Properties team have stuck by my side and are continuing to fight for me. I cannot even begin to convey the appreciation, the gratitude, and the respect I have for these guys. They are quite simply AMAZING and I wish the world was comprised of more people just like them. Never in a million years would I have thought that I would actually enjoy turning in rent just so I could have the pleasure of talking with my property manager. Against all odds, I still continue to live in this wonderful house and I hope to do so for a very long time to come!

Dennis and Natasha are the best real estate professionals with which I have ever worked. Friendly, knowledgeable, ethical, and available, it doesn’t get any better than these folks.
