Benefit Brow Bar at Ulta

Came here for a simple eyebrow wax and left with no eyebrows! I am beyond upset, all I asked was for a clean, she even did the whole eyebrow map and showed me, and it looked good then she waxed it all off! Even my daughter said «mommy why are they so thin» don’t let Sarah come close to your brows

I’ve had good experiences here before, so that’s why I gave them 2 stars, otherwise, I would have given 1. I went in to have my brows waxed today. I explained that I have been growing them out for a couple of months and didn’t want to go much thinner. The woman waxing them agreed and said my shape was good so she was going to leave them as they were and clean them up. She «mapped» my brows with liner and showed them to me before she began waxing. I approved of the shape she planned. The end product looked NOTHING like what she had originally showed me and I was incredibly disappointed. The problem with brow mapping is that if your face isn’t perfectly symmetrical and your esthetician isn’t paying attention, you’ll end up with two completely different, disjunct eyebrows. I’m INCREDIBLY unhappy and it certainly wasn’t worth the $ 20 plus tip I paid for the service. I will not return and would never recommend to anyone else!
