Upstairs! Great Skateshop! All Great Skate shops must have: : Street Art, a Dog and a Guy who is both Personable and Knowledgeable… Boards of Today should have some Art on them… Shoes should be Functional and look Great, ugly is fine as long as they are so ugly they look good! This shop has all this and a great location! Look out the windows here and tell me what you see?! We saw RAMPS!!! My Wife told me to look!

Really rad – if small – skate shop in Savannah. You would think that with SCAD and two other colleges, Savannah would have long had a skate shop, but no: there was one circa 2006 across from Garibaldi’s Café but it was kinda short-lived. Waaaaay back in the day, I think there was one somewhere near MLK, too. Anyways, for a while Savannah did without a real skate shop until Plainview went in. Plainview has a good selection of decks, trucks, wheels, and hardware and is very focused on what skaters actually need over fashion, but has some clothing and shoes too. They are between Bay Street Blues and the tattoo shop, ok? People seem to get lost. That is, they are between Bay Street Blues and Tony Roma’s too. Ok? It’s one door, not a huge storefront so look for it. And they’re closed on Mondays, open to seven every other day except Sunday when they’re open to six.
