Went to this place based on my agent’s recommendation. I am usually a polite person and have never written a bad review in my whole life. but this time it is really beyond my limit.
Very disappointed, would never go again. We feel that the sales person was not honest and we need to be extremely careful during every step of the process to be not tricked…
Even almost after 2 months of installation, the carpet they install has very strong smell, and even irritating the eyes. Keep the window opened and had a carpet cleaning company come in to clean it. but no use. Even my contractor for everything else and the carpet cleaning guy said that they have never seen a carpet with this strong smell… Called them and they said that there is nothing they can do. have to go to the manufacturer.

I shopped around and Carpet Gallery gave me the best price for wall to wall carpet and installation.
They also patched my concrete floor prior to laying the carpet padding for a very small charge. Pleasure doing business.
