Established in 1990.
Standing Room Only Marketplace and SRO fine foods, fine catered events began over 20 years ago when Jack Tacconi and Sharon Snyder met and found that they each shared a passion and obsession for great food and all things food related.
Jack was a Culinary Institute trained chef and Sharon was all about entertaining and throwing great parties.
Standing Room Only was created in 1990. To this day, Jack directs all aspects of the Marketplace and «To Go» events and Sharon directs the full service off-premises catered events.

Business Owner
Sharon is the director of catered events for SRO fine foods, fine catered events. She and the salespeople working for her meet with clients about their impending events. She then plans the menus, details the flow and service of the event, orders the rentals, staffs the event with SRO trained professionals. Every event will have a party manager who runs the event and various chefs, bartenders and waiters to make the flow of the party seamless. Each detail is orchestrated so that the client can relax and enjoy themselves knowing that everything was taken care of.
