I have known Wayne for several years. I know his company does great work. Wayne use to be a software engineer before he started his company he’s a genius designer. When it comes to solving problems and customizing your kitchen or a commercial remodel I know his company can do it. I had him replace my sink. He did an awesome job and t was very affordable. It’s best to email him a photo with a description of what you need of you want a free quote. They seem to be in high demand and very busy. He guarantees his work and is educated and friendly to deal with. Great customer service skills. They also offer cabinet refacing services Wayne showed me some of the work they have done and I was very impressive. They also won a NARI commercial remodeling award receiving first place on the design. You can also trust them to handle very large remodeling projects. I give them five stars overall they are so creative and innovate wth cost effective solutions and if you tell them what you can afford they have an answer. Sometimes it’s an answer on how to fix it with out them and that’s the least expensive answer but that’s a company you can trust one that will talk you through and emergency problem. Fix come out later and save the day!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Wayne Pierce, Handyman 4 Hire. We recently moved into a condo where the kitchen needed a major overhaul. To be perfectly honest, it was an outdated eye sore. Being new to the area, we had no idea who to turn to and by a stroke of luck we were pointed in Wayne’s direction through the National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Greater Chicagoland.
From the moment we met him, we knew this was our guy. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about home remodels, his skills for problem solving, innovation, and thinking outside the box immediately shined through. Wayne brought creative ideas to the table that maximized our space, but still maintained functionality. He listened to what we wanted and knew exactly how to bring our vision to life.
Wayne was thoroughly involved from conceptualization to completion. We talked regularly and he was always so patient with all my questions. As busy as he was, he always made me feel like his most important customer! His crew Josh, Chris and Carlos were amazing!
We could not be happier with the end result. The kitchen is now the showpiece of our home and everyone who visits comments on the beautiful craftmanship and quality of the work. Thanks to Wayne our house now feels like a home. We would highly recommend Wayne and his team for any remodeling needs.

Wayne called me to get a bit more information on removing and replacing trim and possibly doing a kitchen remodel. He requested I take photos and send them to him via email as well as take measurements and count corners to better help with an estimate. This took a while! I heard NOTHING back. So I reached out again in which he stated that he had so many emails he didn’t see it. (10 days after I sent it). Still no response until this day! Unprofessional if you ask me. Perhaps he is so busy he doesn’t need additional jobs, so I’ll take my business and money elsewhere.

I was very surprised at how fair the pricing was with this company. I usually go into these sort of things expecting to pay a whole lot of money. Wayne was very understanding of my situation however, and made sure that what I paid was affordable for me. He has great workmanship and the fact that he cares is so reassuring. Wayne & his crew helped me on a few occasions with emergency drywall repairs after a pipe leak. Very organized, neat & got the job done quickly & as promised. He recommends repairs that he sees without going over the top on your budget. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others in the area.
