I love the food and the service was great. One thing about this location is they forgot to put a fork and napkins. Also I don’t know if it should of have come with a fortune cookie or not, but the one close to my house they always put one in.

Not a fan of this location. Poorly managed. The one on Randall Road in South elgin is much better. The staff is much nicer than this one. Also the food at this one looked old, like it was sitting there for awhile. Yuk!

The fucking worst. Every time I come in here it’s either a long unneeded wait or things aren’t made right. The workers are always running around like they don’t have a system.

I’ve been to this place about three times. The last two times I was there they ran out of orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. We had to wait 15 minutes each time for the chicken to be made. The first time this happened I thought maybe it was just our luck. After the second time, I was convinced that they wait until someone orders something to have it made. This isn’t convenient for the customer to have to wait for something to be made. They should make it as soon as it finishes. I’m not going to visiting this place again.

I walked in there during lunch just the other day, it was 1pm. Literally half the trays were empty… no wonder why the place was slow and had only one costumer dining in. What kind of a fast food restaurant does this? I was really upset to come in not able to order a meal with 3 sides of my liking. I walked out and gladly took my business elsewhere.

This is one of the bad Pandas. Always wait till the food is almost empty then cook for more. Is it express?

This is one of the better Panda Express’s that I have found. Can’t speak for the waits people complain about, but the portions were good, food was good, and restaurant was clean.

always love this place, not only the good food, but always had a good experience, last time I came in, about 2 days ago dinner time, I tried order online, turned out it was so convenient! The food was hot and fresh and just ready for me to pick up. A great new way to order panda. So quick! Love it!!! I have to say the server in this location is always friendly and offering in good portion of food, love their big smiles and caring for customers spirit. so much better than places like McDonald’s…

This was the second time I used the online ordering claiming no wait. First time was Halloween and was extremely busy. I had ordered online at 2:30 for a pick up at 630. Well I waited 15 mins for my order. Sure, super busy… I understood. Tonight, we tried it again for a pick up at 5 pm. When I walked in, the place was empty and guess what? My order was not ready. The girl behind the counter looked like a deer in headlights when I said I was here to pick up my 5pm order. I waited again for 15 mins. And they ran out of teriyaki sauce. Really?

Love the spring rolls and the chow mein noodles! The broccoli is delish as well as the beef with mushrooms. Great orange chicken. I like that you can see all the dishes from behind the glass but you are served by employees! Much better than a buffet:)

This place is so slow and always understaffed. I continue to go back because the portions are huge and always delicious. I mean if you don’t mind waiting its worth it.

FRAUDALERT. First of all I love Panda and really like this location. And I feel petty writing this. But I absolutely HATE businesses that use deception and play games with deals like this. That said, the company is absolutely falsifying advertisements. Look at your receipts. They say: «FREEENTREEITEMWEVALUEYOUROPINION» Deal is you take a survey and get a free entrée with the purchase of any 2-entrée item on your next visit. This is clear and unambiguous. There is no other way to construe that. We’ve been doing this for a year. I’ll grab panda for lunch here and there, and then my wife and I go in and get a 2-entrée plate and a free entrée. In this scenario, what would you expect to pay for? Just the 2-entrée plate, right? The sole entrée costs 3.50. So if you add a side or something, you may expect to just pay for that side, right? If that’s what you think, you would be wrong. I was just told that free actually means 1.49 off. Yup, we paid for a 2-entrée item and our solo entrée was reduced by 1.49 «BECAUSETHAT’S JUSTHOWWEDOIT.» I called corporate and it’s just hold music until voicemail. So respectfully go screw yourself Panda Express. And say goodbye to two regular customers at this location. BECAUSETHATSJUSTHOW I DOIT.

Absolutely THE best Orange Chicken. Fantastic Service. Kind, knowledgeable, competent, and all with a GENUINE smile. Real people, with real good honest character. Take the family there, its well worth it. Very relaxing soft music in the background. My son and I had a VERY peaceful GOOD dinner. I will go back again and again. I even called the place to speak to the manager to tell him how good his crew was doing!

Long line, friendly staff and they gave us a discount for being patient during their Friday night rush. Food was awesome and completely worth the wait!

Usually the food is fresh and hot. This location(as of right now) has the Sweet & Sour Chicken! It’s the only Panda I know of that serves it… I drive a bit out of my way to go to this one.

I love me some Panda Express and have been meaning to try this new location since it opened a few months ago. I finally got to stop in this weekend, yay! It was the fastest experience I’ve ever had at a Panda Express… bing, bang, boom… I was in and out! The guy helping me was very friendly and as I said, super fast which is always appreciated when going in a quick place like this! Orange chicken has got to be the shining star at Panda Express with a hint of spice but not too much that it burns my mouth off! Mandarin chicken without the sauce is also a favorite of mine. All in all, great new location, super clean, great staff, super fast and it must be doing well because it had a surprisingly lot of people seated for a Saturday at 2pm! I’ll be back!

Paul S pretty much summed up all my points. Like he said, it is clean, the staff is friendly, food is prompt and hot. You can either dine in or take it out. Only 6 bucks per plate! I go here all the time on the weekends, their food is fantastic. Always fresh, always good. They periodically give coupons and rewards to people to help them save money on their orders. Solid 5⁄5. Panda Express, you just won my 5 star rating.

So if you’ve been stalking my check-in’s, you’ll have noticed that I’ve checked into Panda Express more than any other chain restaurant, and with good reason. Almost without fail, they offer the consistently best tasting food for a chain, not to mention it is a steal at only $ 6 for a plate that is served quickly for those of us on the go. They just opened this new location and it was clean, with friendly staff members to prepare your food and fortune cookies. I haven’t found one menu item that I didn’t like at Panda. Picking a favorite would be too hard! You can ask the staff for samples before you order too, which is a nice touch. One word of advice, it does have a small parking lot, so you might want to plan on walking a bit, as there are several other retailers competing for spots in the strip mall. Also, the location on this place is actually on Barringon Road, just North of Schaumburg Road, but on the east side of Barrington. It can be easy to get the location confused, as the Google Maps shown here on Unilocal have it located further west on Schaumburg Road, which it is not.
