I call the service on a Saturday. They picked up the phone right away. $ 89 to come out on the weekend for inspection was a fair price. They work with your schedule to set you up for appointment. A guy name Mike came later that day. They call me half hour before as I requested. He was very professional and honest. He diagnosis the problem very quickly. No mark up on the prices or things that need to be fix. Gave me options too and explain everything patiently He has everything in his van for repairing the AC. Everything was done a little over an hour. Quick and efficient. Love their services! Mike is amazing! I found them on Unilocal.I Thank everyone who take their time to write the review.

Gotta say these guys are good. I called the day before, I was given a time between 9 – 11 and the tech showed up right at 9:00am. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I thought I needed a flame sensor and was quoted $ 130, the tech told me I didn’t need a new one and cleaning the old one was all I needed. Total cost was $ 82, when I was quoted $ 130. Honest fair and professional, next time I need service, these will be the only guys I go to!

I requested a quote from Ragano since they had many good reviews and stated they could provide a quick turnaround on the quote. Within two minutes I received a message from Mike stating that they could not quote my job as it was outside of their service area. I appreciated Mikes prompt response and professionalism. Heat wasn’t turning on and service man (Mike) was at my home 15 minutes after Andrea took my call. Diagnosed and repaired the broken blower motor within a couple of hours. Competitive pricing and fantastic service by Andrea and Mike! I would certainly return to Ragano for future service.

What a fantastic business! Our heat was not coming on at certain points of the day. Michael came over early in the time window and was able to find the issue, fix it, clean it, and even helped with our humidifier. He was quick, professional, and helped me understand what was going on. This will be the go to business for our heating and A/​C in the future.

Recently used Ragano for an issue we were having with our heating system. The response was immediate. The issue that we were having got a bit complex, however John and Mike were committed to finding the root cause of the problem. After countless hours of troubleshooting they identified what was causing the electronic switch to shut off. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and dedication. Ragano has become a household name! Thank you John and Mike– our furnace is now back to normal! :)

Returned home today around 4pm from a four day trip to a 53 degree second floor. It’s a national holiday today, so I was already resigned to waiting until tomorrow to have this fixed. I call Ragano’s and Andrea’s first reply to my explanation of symptoms, «Is it okay if we send someone today?» How psyched am I? Then Andrea calls twice more just to keep me updated on my tech’s arrival. Mike shows up exactly when Andrea said he would, and frankly you couldn’t ask for a nicer guy. He diagnoses the problem, gives me options and pricing and within twenty minutes, has the system fixed with equipment he brought on the truck.
You cannot ask for better service than what I just received over the last three hours! These guys are the standard all companies should strive for. Thank you so much Ragano’s!!!

This company came out to fix my AC this summer and install a fix to my Nest thermostat with no issues this winter. I would recommend this service to anyone needing HVAC /​AC /​furnace service. They are straight to the point and do not try to haggle you for more money. They are very professional and straightforward. Highly recommended. A+++ 5 stars!

Mike was great! My furnace kept cycling on and off and I called him at 2:30 – on New Year’s Eve. He was out an hour later to look at it, explained what the problem was, and fixed it immediately. Mike is extremely professional and obviously cares about what he does. And he was very reasonably priced, too.
I won’t hesitate to call Ragano again when I need maintenance or repairs on my furnace and I recommend them without hesitation.

My heater would not start on Saturday morning! I called Regano’s heating and air-​conditioning! Mike showed up right when he said he would be there! He did a great job getting my heater back up and running, even ran back to his shop and picked up a part that I needed. He did not charge me for said part, only for service call. Would recommend Regano’s heating and air-​conditioning highly.

Very legit service. Had these guys come out to check out my furnace a few weeks ago because it was making some loud, crazy, nerve-​wrecking noise that was driving me insane. Felt like I was in a fighter jet in my own house.
These guys sent a tech out who discovered that the issue was just a loose screw. He also offered to replace some other part to my furnace which would’ve cost me hundreds in repairs if it went out months later and serviced my furnace, all for only 140. He was very honest and upfront with everything, not trying to charge me hundreds for some fabricated issue. I felt like they provided good service and I wasn’t ripped off.

They got the job done. It was $ 86 to get them to come out, then another $ 75 or so for the capacitor.
Wife thought it was a bit pricey, but was happy the AC was up and running within an hour of our appointment (which was same day as the call).
The guy that came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He put booties on to keep from tracking dirt in the house, which was thoughtful and professional of him.
Will probably use them when we go to upgrade our AC/​furnace units next spring.

This guy rocked it for my rental property. I called in the early morning and they were there 5 hour later. Aircon was working, but blowing no cold. I was praying I would not get someone who would tell me I immediately needed a new system. Thankfully, not a big fix this time, but I felt he was honest, and very informative. Air filter, pin damage in thermostat, air cleaned the outside unit, tightened valves = 99.00.

These guys are great came out same day to fix my AC. Ņeeded a new compressor and they had part on truck. My aluminum hoses were lose in maintenance room and I asked for quote. He recommended to change out but needed to call next day with quote. Never got call but seems to be working fine.
