Worst Agent Ever… I actually had to use my insurance and had questions about why things weren’t being covered by my policy (What you don’t know can hurt you). I called three separate times trying to contact my agent. I received calls back from staff, who were not prepared or able to help me with my questions. I was told that I should email Scott and maybe he would call me back.
6 Months have gone by, and I am now shopping for a new agent. Life’s too short to have a crummy Insurance Agent. This guy is all smoke and mirrors and will not be there when you need him to be. He just wants to collect his check and golf.
Do yourself a favor and Keep looking.

I am very disappointed at the service of his agency. I went through the entire quotation to purchase cycle, and cancelled my prior policies. One week after the purchase, I was told the «corp» won’t underwrite my policy. But at this point, I already cancelled the other policy and I will be left uninsured … I am extremely disappointed at the service of this agency, and won’t recommend to anyone.

Scott Weer and his crew are more than exciting to say the least. Everyone in the office is willing to help, upfront, friendly and knowledgable. Before deciding to visit this agency I looked at there facebook page and I was happy to see that the profile photo wasnt only the agent but some of his employees. After getting my quotes (and purchasing my insurance) I met scott and was told about the agency’s accomplishments. Wow, way to go Team Weer. I would recommend this agency for anyone looking to make friends and trust with your insurance.

I also recently switched over my entire book of business to Scott and for two very specific reasons — 1.) His professionalism 2.) Dedication to the customer.
Previously, I had been with my agent for the last 24 years in which I had never met him and barely talked with him on the phone. In the short time i have known Scott, it was clear, this would not be the case. He has already shown me a variety of options in my combining of certain policies and saved me money. Scott also does financial planning and we are going to sit down the beginning part of the year and set forth a retirement plan.
Would highly recommend Scott Weer to anybody!

I recently switched my insurance over to Scott. Though I was resistant to change I couldn’t be happier I did it. He was able to combine all my insurance needs (5 policies) into 1 payment that saved me money. When I have had questions there is always someone at his agency or Scott will take my call himself. Thanks for a great experience and customer service.
