Awful customer service and mediocre food. Definitely not impressed with this place when Flightline in Glenville has better food and an awesome staff. The people here act like they’re doing you a favor when you order something.

Heaven help you if you try to set up a catering arrangement with them. My wife reached out to them 3 weeks before an event. After settling on the location and headcount, we were given a very reasonable final amount. 4 days before the event, the owner John emails us telling us he didn’t realize that the requested date was a Sunday and tried to charge me an extra $ 80 to cover the extra cost of staffing on an off day. While trying to resolve this with him, he accepted no accountability for his mistake, and held fast to his«policies” — holding me and my event essentially at ransom. He finally agreed to honor his initial price and would emails us «within the hour» to finalize the arrangement. Less than 20 minutes later he calls me telling me that we «weren’t worth it» and I wasn’t worth the hassle. Mind you, this is 4 days before my event– hardly enough time to make alternate arrangements, and something tells me this guy knew it. I laid into him for it, and truth be told, I used some very«honest» language with him. He finally agreed to «take us back» so to speak, but at the $ 80 higher price. I then receive a long rambling text message from him about how he «Honestly feels bad» and«doesn’t want to ruin anyones day»(which is why you cancelled 4 days beforehand and told me I wasn’t worth it?) He quoted me a lower price but I couldn’t shake the feeling he was going to flake on us. Once you’ve lost trust in a business it takes a LOT to restore that trust, and I seriously can’t trust this man’s word– not when you flip flop around saying one thing then call me 20 minutes later telling me the opposite, and then texting me to say yet another thing. We finally made alternate arrangements through a very sweet friend and my wife called John to let him know his services were not going to be needed after all. This is when he told my wife«honestly I don’t care, and I didn’t want to come into work on a Sunday for $X amount anyway». He then admitted his mistake, and told my wife that I was a jerk off. I seriously wouldn’t trust this man. He tried holding me financially responsible for his mistake, and instead of admitting to it and trying to come to a compromise he held my entire event’s catering ransom until I agreed to his terms. I’d call him a scam artist for this, but it was hardly art. It was ugly, uncalled for, and truly unprofessional. I seriously urge you to reconsider these guys for any catering.

We have given this place a handful of chances but they have failed us time and time again. The delivery guy tried to overcharge us after I was told another price on the phone, our food has come cold, and most recently we were told a week after the super bowl that their wing prices were higher than normal because of the superbowl… They also always charge a 3 dollar delivery fee(neighboring pizza gram, and any other place we order from does not). Food is usually ok but with competition and shady drivers we are done ordering from here. Pizza gram is right down the road and night and day better.

We have given this place many chances and they disappoint every time! The pizza is cold or burnt when we get it. Wings are soggy. Not to mention how RUDE the staff is. They are a miserable bunch to say the least!

Really good food, which is too bad. The staff suck. They do their jobs, but come off as if you are bothering them. I half expected to have eyes rolled at me or a «NOPIZZAFORYOU!“I like the food, but I’d rather go to Cumby’s to get a stinking hot pocket because it come with a greeting & happy+friendly employees.

The people working this place are very rude and customer service overall is terrible. Food is decent but nothing to go out of your way for. I would not recommend it if you’re looking for a pleasant experience.

If you want to be treated poorly by the staff and ripped off I suggest you head to the nearest strip club and skip the trip here! Food isn’t bad but the prices are insane and the owner is a money hungry scrub. Rant over.

Just moved to the area, called them up for delivery. Had a bbq chicken wing sub, tuscan panini, french fries and one of their ‘famous’ garlic knots. Took over an hour for them to deliver, so food arrived cold. After tipping the driver total is over $ 34 for a couple of lukewarm sandwiches and cold french fries. Will try somewhere else next time.

This place is terrible, the worst customer service and cleanliness I have ever seen at a restaurant. Two visits was enough for me to never go there again. The first visit I went in to order two slices of pizza to go. The lady was moving soda machines around with some cardboard boxes also and she came from that area to the pizza counter to deliver my order… I observed her not washing her hands and grabbing the slices from the pies. I immediately told her I would not eat that pizza because she had handled it. Left the place quickly. The second and last visit I ordered some sandwiches and they were two of the rudest people I have ever met. They would tell you that you are ordering wrong. Never ever going to that place again. The should call it Two C’s Pizza & Deli.

Just got a couple of slices to go. Slice of cheese for me and my man got tomato pie. Perfect cheese to sauce ratio for me. Little oily, thin crispy crust. All good.

Their menu is huge, so I haven’t tried everything… but what I have tried is good. Their hot sandwiches are awesome. Their wings are my favorite in the area(although everyone has their own favorite). the blue cheese dressing is definately home made. Great stuff!

After a big heavy downpour with thunderstorms was over, I decided to pull over and grab a quick bite at Ruggiero’s, located just north of the Route 20 intersection in Guilderland. Ruggiero’s serves NY style pizza(by the slice or pie), sandwiches, and Italian food. They also have dlei salads and use Boar’s Head and Block & Barrel(Sysco) deli meats and carry RC products in the cooler. Desserts are from J.S. Watkins. See the menu offerings at
Inside the atmosphere is very relaxed, high ceiling, order at the counter with self serve booth and table seating. For lunch, I got a slice of Cheese Pizza($ 1.89 with tax), which had a good thin chewy crust, but the sauce tasted sour topped with a good amount of browned mozzarella cheese. That was enough to tide me over, just right.
