My name is Rosanna Herrera and I own Bruno’s and I approve the following message… We are NOT just your typical restaurant — we eat what we serve… BRUNO’S is California Fusion BBQ — What does that mean? First, we have a full bar and beers on tap! Yes we do have the traditional BBQ however not everything is smoky — we have three types of Ribs– Baby back, St. Louis, Big Beef, 2 types of Chicken BBQ and Rosemary/Thyme, smoked Brisket, Angus Choice NY Steak and Rib Eyes hand cut… you want a 32 ounce steak we will cut it, cook it, serve it and watch you eat it. We also are proud to serve a variety of speciality Salads– Pear Gorgonzola, Spinach Feta Candied Walnut just to name a few, Burgers, Sandwiches, and Vegetarian options are great. All our employees eat here too so just asks them what their favorite is… Don’t miss our happy hours, we pair libations with food, Mondays are Margaritas and taco for 6.00, So come by and see us ask for me, love to meet you!
History
Established in 1997.
Two army buddies, Frank and Bruce started Bruno’s…after 4 years Frank passed away, and his wife took over the business. Another couple of years passed and Rosanna took over Bruce’s part of the business; by expanding the menu, and adding ‘California Fusion’ to accommodate all palates, resulted in expanding the customer base. 2010 Bruno’s moved across the street to a 7400 sq. ft. Restaurant with two bars and banquet facility. Bruno’s is multifaceted — restaurant, catering, banquets, concessions.

Business Owner
After an 18 year career in Silicon Valley, Rosanna brought her skills in management and finance to the restaurant business. She has a Masters degree in Organizational Management and believes that her education coupled with her business experience is the key to the success of Bruno’s. She has a real passion for the business and strives to provide high quality food with a 5 star dining experience for a reasonable cost.
