Fresh Home Finders takes an innovative approach to real estate with over 8 years licensed experience and 15 years investment and property renovation experience. We have rehabilitated properties for profit and provided extensive consultation to buyers and sellers on property improvement, home staging and design. Our approach is a fresh look, the highest level of service to get the results our clients want need and deserve.

Business Owner

Genevieve views real estate from a design perspective and has always enjoyed matching client’s taste to a home that can reflect their style. It is her strong business skills, combined with her ability to intuit and use creativity to solve challenges that sets her apart. She previously ran a successful handbag business before embarking on her real estate career. Her design background is key in helping sellers with home staging and interior design, promoting a home’s best features. Likewise, her background also enhances her ability to help home buyers envision a home’s potential in ways that utilize imagination, planning, and attention to detail.

As a California native, Genevieve is happy to now call Santa Cruz County her home. While she has a degree in creative writing from Long Beach State, she says one of her greatest strengths, besides organization and follow-​through, is her passion for real estate investment.
