Rick is the owner and head honcho. He takes pride in doing a very thorough job. We’ve used him for a few years now and are always AMAZED by how clean he gets our carpets. Pet stains, kid stains, high traffic areas… you name it, he will do his best to get those spots looking like new. Even my 7-​year old wishes he could come weekly!

Amazing is right. The first time we used them we were baby sitting a dog who decided that it wanted to pee on our carpet. The urine smell was so horrible it just about knocked you over going into the room. Rick did an amazing job and I think even to his surprise was able to remove all of the smell. Late last night there was another accident, but this time it was our dog who I think was mad about being given a bath and he decided to take it out on the same bedroom carpet. I emailed them well after hours and to my surprise I got a response right away and they said they would try and fit me in to a booked schedule. Sure enough they called letting me know they were on the their way and brought that carpet back to like new again. Highly recommend their services.

We had Rick come out to clean the small home we had moved out of. The carpets are just as dirty as they were when he arrived only difference is they are fluffed. He made no effort to clean any spots or high traffic areas, and was done in less than an hour. We have to hire another carpet cleaning company to clean our carpets.

Fantastic!!! My dog had a messy accident on my couch and Rick got out to my house first thing the next morning and worked quickly so I could get into work as soon as possible.
Not only did my couch look great but when the smell didn’t come out as much as I would have liked, he came back and worked on those specific cushions again. Couldn’t ask for better service. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone… Especially pet owners. Thanks again Rick and Pam. :)

I’ve used Amazing Carpet & Tile Cleaners a few times now — and I always look forward to the same great thorough results, fresh scent and amazingly friendly service.
Rick is fantastic and makes every effort to get you in the schedule even on their busiest weekend days. It’s really cathartic watching him clean the carpet and make it like new each time. Definitely makes your place feel like home again.

This is the BEST carpet cleaning service in the Phoenix area hands down. Owner Rick is very professional & thorough; previous stains do NOT come back as w/​other companies. Prices are good, & you can usually get them out in a very timely manner. It’s the only service I recommend to others.
