Arizona Best Real Estate is a seasoned full-​service residential brokerage with over a 50-​year tradition of professionalism and excellence. John MacIntyre originally came to Arizona in 1919. The family has been in residential real estate since 1952, David MacIntyre, the Broker, has been in business since 1969. Being a central part of the community is what makes Arizona Best Real Estate stands out among the rest. Maintaining local ownership and independence gives us the ability to react quickly to our local real estate market and give back to the community in which we live and work.

Business Owner

David W. MacIntyre, recognized as a real estate management specialist, has a distinguished career in Arizona real estate spanning 4 decades. His interest in real estate came from his father, John MacIntyre, who came to Arizona in 1919 and opened a real estate company in downtown Phoenix in 1952. David entered real estate in 1962 as a sales agent but his talent as an educator and leader quickly emerged. From 1969 to 1974 David was involved in every aspect of the industry. He successfully managed real estate offices, opened branch offices, and trained sales forces.

While employed for the Arizona State Real Estate Department from 1974 – 1975, David established real estate course standards at community colleges and private real estate schools. He prepared and administered the state licensing examination for 7000 sales agents and brokers annually. He held instructor training courses at the University of Arizona and worked with Arizona State University on revisions of the real estate primer
