Dr. Fry treats patients who suffer from all types of illnesses and symptoms, but his main expertise is in Chronic Inflammatory Disease. He takes the time to understand your concerns and will offer the best solution to keep you in great health.

Dr. Fry started his practice after seeing the debilitative effects that diseases can have on patients. His love for helping people and his interest in microbiology encouraged him to open a family practice where everyone can come to get better!

Dr. Fry has a B.S. in Microbiology, a Masters in Molecular Biology, and his Degree of Medicine from the University of Arizona. He is a Federal Aviation Administration Air Medical Examiner and is licensed in both CA and AZ. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Society of Microbiology, the AZ Bio-​Industry Association, the International Lyme and Associated Diseases Society, and a former member of the American Society of Pathologists. He has multiple publications and attends speaking conferences around the U.S.

Five months later I get another unexpected bill for over $ 500. I fought with them and told them that this is not right because when I had my blood drawn they told me that everything would go through insurance. I told him that this is very deceptive. They told me that they would write off the $ 500. This place is very shady! I don’t see how they can continue to stay in business. I’m beyond frustrated with them.

I went to Dr Fry in search of a doctor in Arizona who knew something about Lyme disease. I move here from NH and I had been going to ine of the top lyme doctors in New York for 2 ½ years but was still undergoing treatment and needed a local doctor. I tried to share my extensive history with him but he didn’t want to hear it at all. He told me all doctors were wrong about Lyme disease and went into some rant about how his testing was the only one that was accurate. When I had questions for him he got offended and treated me so horribly I left in tears. 2 weeks later I got a letter saying he would be refusing to treat me from that point forward. I certainly wasnt going to go back after the office experience so there really was no need for the letter. What doctors sends a letter like that? Oh and did I mention his office administrative practices are awful? I paid at the time of my appointment and 2 weeks later i got a bill with his lovely letter. Luckily I had my receipt handy and sent that along with a letter of my own in place of payment. Dr Horowitz, you should remove is name from your Lyme book Why Can’t I Get Better… A well respected doctor should not associate himself with the train wreck of a doctor that Fry is.

After recieving blood tests from fry labs and hearing this doctors «theories» on FL1953, I’m highly suspicious of this guy’s legitimacy. If you have also been told you have FL1953 I would also encourage you to remain highly suspicious.
I was told I had something but was never given any hard evidence. All I was given were two picture which could have been taken off google as far as I know and a short regurgitated blurb explaining the photos. I pursued treatment based on this lab’s «findings» and saw zero improvement after more than 4 months. Also, I have to stress that this lab offers non-​standard tests. It has not been fully scrutinized by the government like many other labs. And as for Dr Fry, he relies on anectdotal evidence which cannot be seen as reliable in order to promote his «theories».
So I encourage you to proceed with caution when dealing with this business. In my opinion this guy is just another quack.

Just received a call from Dr. Freys office. The receptionist informed me that I had an outstanding balance of $ 290.00. On the day I visited Dr. Frey I told him I had $ 500 to spend, and asked if that would be enough for him to be able to help me. He said he thought he could help me, so I did the tests he recommended. I wanted to make sure that before I spent all of my money, that I could actually be helped. I was also told that since I had visited the office before, that my office visits would be about $ 100 instead of $ 290. I was under the impression that my $ 500 covered everything for that visit, and that is all they asked me for. If I owed $ 790, why didn’t they tell me that? All they charged me was $ 500. Now I get a phone call informing me I still owe $ 290.00. If I want to know the results of these very expensive tests, I have to schedule another $ 100 office visit. So glad I spent all of this money on ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I might as well have burned eight one-​hundred dollar bills. I’m glad that I budgeted and saved the money to help Dr. Frey make part of his Porsche payment. Lesson learned. One star is one star too many.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Fry and his staff. From the first time I went to his office to my ongoing visits I am treated with such care. Dr. Fry takes his time to talk to me and answer my questions. I have a complicated illness and Dr. Fry has been able to treat me so that I can live a normal life.

He was thorough, knowledgable and diagnosed the issue.

Well, isn’t this awkward? Long story short. At least I’ll try. I paid $ 100 (that’s a 10% discount) for office visits and was regularly provided with free sample prescriptions as I was in between insurance. Nice Dr. Fry. I always paid right after the visit as I set up a next appointment. One time I went to pay and the receptionist nodded, winked and «shooed» me away as if to say «don’t worry about paying today.» I left. I wasn’t chased and tackled to the ground for not paying. A complimentary visit. Nice Dr. Fry. Six months later I receive a bill. From a collection department. Mean Dr. Fry. I called Dr. Fry’s billing office. Not helpful. At all. I was forced to pay the collections company and yet another bronze star to my credit. Mean Dr. Fry. Good bye Dr. Fry. Oh. Yea, and now I have insurance! :)
