Good visit! The customer service was great and I had an all around peaceful stay

Spent Memorial day weekend with the Westin crew. The pools were wonderful. Crowded but not so much we didn’t have space to relax and enjoy the pristine pool. The grounds are kept spotless, always a tube for the lazy river. Fun family activities. Both days we rented a cabana, our servers we so responsive. Misha was the best, made sure our drinks and snacks were always replenished without intruding on our privacy. We live in Phoenix and spend plenty of nights with local hotels for stay cations this was one of the best!

Nice place. A bit on the pricey side, but overall a comfortable, well-​appointed resort. I’m going to admit right off the bat that I am docking them 1 – 1.5 stars for the lack of really good culinary choices. Resorts that charge $ 400 a night (at non-​group rates) should have many quality dining options that range from modest to pricey. This place is not like that. Very few options at very high prices. I’m actually a bit surprised, since I would have expected their clientele to want significant variety. The «flagship» here (which I admit I haven’t tried) has a menu that is a fairly generic overpriced «steakhouse» menu with a few «southwestern» alternatives. Having traveled a little bit, it has become easy to recognize the conference center flagship restaurant menu — big steaks that come without any sides, basic pasta dish, basic fish dish, sesame crusted tuna, molten lava cake, etc. These places never appeal to me and I usually trek off to see what else is out there — it can be a problem if the resort is ALL that is out there, though.
I digress — so, 1 – 1.5 points off for that. Now on to the good stuff. The resort is in Scottsdale, which appears to be a well groomed desert community with lots of shopping and dining options, so we were able to walk about 5 minutes over to an upscale shopping district with great options for sushi, french bistro, italian, and other fare. That was a lifesaver, because the close-​by shopping area had great sushi and a nice French bistro to keep me happy.
Beds and room were very comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a good place for a meeting, and once I got my bearings, not too inconvenient. Would definitely go back.

Everything at this resort was top notch. From the moment we made our reservation. The level of customer service was supreme. I can not wait to go back next year. The resort had activities for all ages from my 3 year old daughter to my 40 year old husband. there was never a reason to leave. The crowds were manageable even on a holiday weekend. Nothing felt overcrowded. It really was relaxing. Super large comfortable beds. I do recommend renting a pool cabana. IF not get there about 8 am to save your pool seats.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Westin Kierland this past weekend and had a very enjoyable experience. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. My favorite amenities included the waterfall shower head (so relaxing), the separate bathtub in the bathroom, rooms include a scale and a mini fridge which my boyfriend and I truly appreciated as we try to keep up with our fitness and nutrition goals while vacationing. My boyfriend was there for a hockey tournament and appreciated having a balcony off our room to air out his gear. Although we did not order from room service, the menu appeared to have a huge variety of extremely healthy and nutritious dishes that sounded delicious. The ice machine room down the hall also provided a filtered water machine to fill our reusable water bottles which we loved. Rooms were quiet and we had no problem with noise from our neighbors. The resort provides a beautiful spa and fitness facility which allowed me to stay on track with my workouts while vacationing. Two big beautiful pools on the grounds, one is adult only and includes two lap lanes for lap swimmers, the other pool is family friendly and includes a big lazy river, a water slide, and lots of activities for adults, kids and the whole family. I was extremely happy to hear that this hotel is also pet friendly, even though we left our fur babies at home. This hotel would get 5 stars out of me if it provided free wifi to it’s guests. Free wifi was only provided in the lounge area in the lobby and was slow. When paying so much for a nice resort I definitely expected this to be included, and so did my boyfriend who needed to work remotely. It’s 2016 Westin Kierland, give us tech-​obsessed people what we want!!!
All in all, beautiful and peaceful resort, a great escape in the hot Arizona desert. Would definitely recommend this place to my healthy/​fitness minded friends who don’t want to lose track of their goals during vacation.

Super excited when I checked in. We were on the 11^th floor with the most amazing views. The staff knows true service they all get you anything you need and are super helpful. The number of great places to sit and eat or have a drink just top it all off. We will be coming back!

I’m pretty satisfied for my decision to stay at this Westin hotel for our family trip.

CONS:
Facility is kinda old. The whole resort doesn’t look elegant. The elevators and the rooms need to be remodeled.
The Club room on the 9^th floor sucks. Light dinner provided in the club room was just awful. The grilled vegetables were cold. The fruits, especially oranges and bananas, were not fresh. No food refills. The printer in the club room was not functional. No service at all in the club room. Don’t waste your time to pay for extra for the club floor if you are not a platinum member. JUST NOT WORTH IT. If I could rate the club room alone, I would give it zero star.
The SPA is hella expensive/​not worth it.
OVERALL:
Swimming pool is my top priority when I go on a vacation. There are three swimming pools at this resort including the Adventure Pool, the Lazy River & Water slide, and the Aquamiel Pool (Adult Pool). Even though the swimming pools here can not be described as phenomenal, but AREN’T YOU EXCITED FOR THE 24-​HOUR LARGE SWIMMING POOL WITH JACUZZI? AT LEAST I AM, especially in the middle of the «dessert» where is super hot and dry during the day.
The on site dining is pretty expensive, but I do think the DESSO (bar-​ish restaurant in the resort) is worth visiting.

Use to be such a great place to come listen to bagpipes and order food and drinks with the kids. Now they won’t let the kids near the water, near the grass etc. really disappointing. Certainly do not come here for the food so now it will not be a destination of ours. Biltmore has large grassy area so we will have to go there now!

I would recommend the Westin Kierland for:
Family vacations
Corporate meetings/​events
Golfing vacations
I would not necessarily recommend the Westin for a couples retreat/​romantic getaway. They do have an adult only pool area, but overall the place is filled with young kids/​families especially during school break periods as well as conferences.
Also, while the service is good it is certainly not at the level of the Phoenician or Four Seasons. So good to temper your expectations despite the high pricing!
Pros:
– Great kids programs including daily activities, kids club/​PJ nights, and s’mores!
– Large, expansive spaces for relaxing/​walking
– Solid golf course right on property
– Great pool area for kids. Not the best ever but a nice lazy river/​slide.
– Awesome location in walking distance from two huge shopping and dining complexes — Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter
– Bagpipes at sunset!
– Snakes in the lobby :)
Cons:
– Service good but a little inconsistent. Some really amazing employees, but inconsistent housekeeping, check-​in process, and cabana service
– Food service hours at the pool could be longer (ends at 4pm at least in April)
– Main casual restaurant onsite (Nellie Cashman’s) great for breakfast, but dinner was just average
– Casita came with huge full sized fridge, but zero other amenities e.g. cups/​spoons/​microwave. Weird given it’s a large kitchen area with no kitchen!
Overall, though, I would definitely return with kids though would choose the Phoenician for a vacation without kids.

Really enjoyed my stay there. Did not get to play golf this time around, but the view from the pool was wonderful. It’s so close to Scottsdale so you are right there in the middle of it all.

Oh, how I do wanted to love this hotel… sigh.
I’d been to this property in 2009 or 2010 and remember it being way better. Perhaps it’s in need of an upgrade? Anyway, bunches of issues beginning with the front desk being utterly useless. The lobby will be jam packed with people checking in/​out and they only have 2 people working the desk. Oye.
Next, I waited 5 hours for my room to be ready. Yes, I got to the hotel early, but 5 hours? Really? I’d asked the front desk if she could provide me with an ETA on my room, which she of course couldn’t as it only further proves the point above.
After asking if I can check my bags at the front desk while I wait, I’m told I need to take them to the bellmen out front. No assistance is offered… and I’m 36 weeks pregnant. Awesome.
Anyway, after working in the lobby which doesn’t have free wifi unless you know your room number, I finally receive my keys, and voila — double beds. Again, 5 hours for double beds? Lame. Upon further inspection, I discover a plunger in the bathroom. WTF? That’s a new one. There’s a note basically encouraging you to use it if needed, but that you can of course call for assistance. Umm, that’s gross. Invest in some upgraded infrastructure please if your plumbing is really that bad.
So I don’t sound like such a hater — I should mention that they do have pretty good food at the hotel with several restaurants to choose from onsite. It’s also conveniently located to a nice shopping center that’s across the street with additional options.
Ok, now back to being a hater — I needed to leave something for someone to pick up on their way out, and figured that the front desk would be my best bet. I mean, ALL hotel front desks have this feature, right? Nope. Not this one. I am again told to take my butt outside to the bellmen where they could help me. So, aside from making people wait 5 hours for their room — the front desk does what again?
For a category 5 Starwood, I expect much much more. I’ve had better stays at airport Four Points.

Hello. I was attending a seminar with a friend there for 3 days in a row. I wanted to compliment the whole place. It was a very nice place to be in. Very nice people. I have to really thank the gentleman in the vallet. My friend used them everyday we were there, and they all were so very nice to us. I haven’t seen that in awhile in people. I have to also thank the gentleman that gave me one of the nicest compliments ever! He told me I had very pretty eyes, after he took the time to help me find my friends phone that she left in the truck. I honestly wanted to stay outside and talk with him. Thank you! We have since visited the westin again (cannot believe we went back after our first experience and with NO apology or compensation for our troubles) BUT… we had a great time and no issues on our second visit. We really love the lazy river and their super comfy beds!

My professional association (NAPO) holds our annual conference in a different city each year and in 2015 it was at the Westin Kierland Resort. I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed it yet because I raved about how great it was during and after the conference.
First of all the location is gorgeous. It overlooks a golf course, which I assume is part of the property. (I don’t golf so I didn’t get to enjoy that particular amenity). There is also a pool, spa and lazy river plus on-​site restaurants and bars.
One of the things I LOVED about this property is the layout. It’s just comfortable. The word that comes to mind is «spacious» — it’s easy to find your way around and the use of the outdoor living spaces is outstanding. When you walk into the main lobby you can see straight out through the back of the building, courtesy of smart architecture and a gigantic wall of windows on the back. They have comfortable seating outside along with a fire pit and full service dining under the sky! At night they do this AMAZEBALLS video light and music show outside, using the side of the building as a screen to project onto.
As for the rooms, they are wonderful. Modern, clean, and the beds are comfy. The on-​property restaurants are good and I loved the fact that you can walk down the street for a ton of shopping and dining if you want to. The resort has guys that will even drive you down there if it’s too dang hot to walk (which it was for a couple days I was there)
I WISH I could speak to the pool and spa amenities but when you’re in town for a conference you don’t usually get to do too much of that kind of thing.
I really wish I would have remembered to write a review immediately after the conference because I would have so much more to write about and in greater detail. I do remember loving that there is so much «common area» seating where you can sit and enjoy a cocktail or coffee and people-​watch.
The staff was outstanding too — really in all seriousness, this was the FIRST time in years of going to my NAPO conference that the front desk didn’t screw up the charges on my bill. Usually (because we all have roommates) there is some crazy issue with splitting the room on more than one credit card but this time, it was done RIGHT and the first time, to boot. Go figure.
The rest of the staff was always friendly and helpful and especially given that the banquet staff had to deal with roughly 600 Professional Organizers (ummmm, can you say «fussy?») they were wonderful. I have been attending NAPO conferences every spring since 2000, and we’ve been in hotels all over the country, but all in all, the Westin Kierland was the best conference venue I’ve experienced.

Nice hotel. My room was nice with a great view of the course. The staff is courteous. I unfortunately didn’t get to enjoy the pool as it was very chilly and rainy while there but it sounded nice. One disappointing thing was the café. The food was bland and over priced.

First off let me day this. I was raised blue collar and prefer a vacation rental to a hotel.
That being said it is a nice hotel. And while I would pay the price to go their myself (the whole blue collar thing) my company put us up and had meetings there. The employees were friendly. The weight/​exercise room was incredibly impressive for a hotel. Lots of amenities, and our view was truly Magnificent. Enjoyed our stay.

The Westin Kierland has got to be one of the prettiest hotel in North Scottsdale. It is GINORMOUS and feels like it can house the whole city. LOL: p
I didn’t get to enjoy much of the amenities as I was in the conference all day long. I will have to say though that their staff service here is just excellent! Everywhere I went, every halls, from valet staff, front desk, even their in-​house Starbucks where they even serve more than coffee like hot to go foods, and their in-​house delicious dessert kiosk located at the main lobby near the entrance with their special giant cookies and chocolate fudge cakes were just phenomal. I felt like I was not only at a resort, but I felt like I was in a «Royalty Resort!» Plus, there are so much things to do here I recommend this for a romantic hotel to stay in as well as great for kids too! Best yet, they are very pet friendly!

I am a local and would not recommend this property. Though the resort is beautiful, the location is prime and the beds are nice, you should really consider places such as Royal Palms, Montelucia or The Boulders. Here is why:
The hospitality at The Westin — Kierland is simply disappointing.
This past weekend was my grandma’s 100^th birthday. I live relatively close to The Westin, so I highly recommended this property to my relatives who all flew in from the East coast. The resort is stunning, and the location couldn’t be any more convenient for my family. It was a win win! Or so I thought. Sunday rolls around and we all decided to head to the pool. Sunshine, food, large pool, family; seems exciting right? Except I was the only family member that was denied entry… which is not exciting at all.
I arrived separate from the group and the pool attendant said I was not allowed in because I was not «registered» under the room (please note we had a couple rooms, with occupancy up to 4 in each room). But fair enough. As a local I am well aware that I can’t just walk into the resorts and use the facilities. The issue I had was not that I couldn’t enter the pool area at that time (my cousin was in the pool and would have eventually checked his phone so he knew to add me to the room), it was the fact that they completely discriminated against me from going in at all. Let me elaborate.
I watched several people walk right into the pool area without even being questioned. Others arrived in groups and all the pool attendant asked was last name and room number. When I questioned the staff as to why they didn’t ask the name of all the group members that just walked by, yet they asked me, they told me «it was a glitch in the system.»
The staff acknowledged that my cousin did indeed check into the pool. When I asked if his fiancé was registered to the room they said no — so when I asked how she got into the pool area they said «it was a glitch in our system.» I also asked how every single family member of mine got into the pool without being registered and they said «it was a glitch in our system.» I asked to speak to a manager and who did the young lady send over? Another employee (security, server, pool attendant not sure). How do I know it was not a manager? Because the name tag did not have first and last name on it. Plus he was wearing shorts. I worked at a hotel, I know these things.
Their excuse, all THREE times, was that it was a glitch in the system. This isn’t a «glitch in the system,» it is just human error BY CHOICE. The staff members made the decision to pick and choose who they questioned (if at all) and to what degree they questioned. Trust me, I did not just show up solo in high hopes of beating the system just to hang out with 5 year olds in the lazy river. If I really wanted to sneak into a luxury resort pool, I would have went to Sanctuary.
Whether I registered my own staycation, or decided to stay overnight with my cousin and his fiancé, shouldn’t matter. For all your staff knows I am an avid business traveler, politicians daughter or TV Personnel. Regardless, I should have been treated as a guest — known registered or not. I have stayed in a hotel room with my family and never had my name on the room, yet known occupancy was 4.
I would advise The Westin to hire more professional staff that will treat everyone the same. The only thing «the same» in this situation is their excuse of your system malfunctioning.

This hotel is silo’d.
No department talks to other departments. If you were promised something, the pass-​the-​buck system will be in full effect, when you try to collect. The concept of every employee at the front lines is empowered to make the guest happy does not apply at this property.
They market it like a Westin. It feels like Im in a non SPG property that has gone off the reservation. Indian pun intended because, well, double entendre is funny. Plus one star for the great location in a mall. Pro-​tip: Print out everything they promise and have their staff initial each page. Staff turnover is an issue. Just bc staff turns, does not mean what they agreed to as officer no longer applies. Get. It. In. Writing.
Solve the silo issue. Empower your staff. Have absentee management present on property. Worst Westin experience of the dozens of Westin hotels I have visited.

This resort is great. The staff is really nice. Every couple of days our personal concierge called to ask if there was anything he could do to make our stay better. The one thing he did was got us a microwave. We received coupons for a breakfast buffet each morning. It was delicious. one day we weren’t able to use them so we asked to exchange them for lunch they gladly did. We enjoyed a great hamburger.
The thing that impressed me the most was how disabled accessible the hotel was. No barrier entry into the room. Lifts into the spa pools and lazy river. And disabled accessible van to take us to the shopping centers and sidewalks all around. We have stayed at other places where we have to walk on the street to get there.
We will return and recommend this resort to everyone

Just left after a refreshing stay. My husband and I have been here before, and come back because we enjoy it. It is a special spot for us. The rooms are nice, I always sleep through the night on their wonderful beds, with the blackout curtains shut! The front desk and concierge are always extremely friendly. We love the pool and lazy river which has a swim up bar (perfect ;) This round, I visited the spa for a massage as well, where the staff was also very welcoming. We always try to make time for ourselves to stay here when we come to visit family. …
The one drawback: the attendants or valet guys. I wouldn’t quite know what to call them, because we were not acknowledged by them a single time as we entered and exited the lobby. They are still the first and last impression.
Are they supposed to greet you? Offer to bring up bags? Ask if you have a ticket for valet? Look up from their desk? We didn’t mind when we first walked in, because we were so excited to arrive, but it became off-​putting after each time we came and went. The stay would have been perfect, but to keep guests coming back, wouldn’t you at the very least want them to say «hello» and «goodbye»? Or better yet, for true hospitality, «we’ll see you next summer» instead of being huddled in a circle, drumming on the desk, chatting with each other, and ignoring the guests? I wouldn’t necessarily say it ruined our stay, but this being «our special place» we would like to leave with the same sense of happiness as when we arrive.

I stayed at this hotel during the summer. I was surprised that I was able to book this nice of hotel for less than $ 200/​night, but It was the offseason. Leo Damilini kansas.
Pros: Very luxurious decore. The check in went smooth. The pool complex is awesome. The pool is one of the reasons I booked the hotel and it did not disappoint. The lazy river is a very nice compliment to the main pool. I received a free breakfast buffet from the café at the hotel. The buffet had a omelet station and other good options. But I doubt it was worth the $ 25+ price. There was also numerous things going on in the evening like the laser show and numerous bars. The fitness room was also very nice with numerous types of cardio and weight machines, free weights, and matts. Also, there are numerous restaurants and shopping just a few blocks away. They also give you $ 5 credit if you don’t have maid service each night so I liked that option.
Cons: The room I had was very far from the main entrance. Dragging kids and luggage all the way to the room was very tiresome. Although I was near the pool so it is a give and take, but if you don’t want to walk for 15 min to your room, I would suggest requesting a tower room.
Overall it is what you would expect from a luxury hotel. I am glad I stayed and would probably come back. Leo Damilini Kansas

Myself and my wife have just checked out of the resort, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the nicest hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
Superb check in by Andrea. Greeted by Tony from concierge who gave us all the info we needed on the resort and what to do. We were very impressed with the fact that they gave us options for food and drink outside the hotel too. Very honest and supporting of local business.
Our room was simply stunning! Spotlessly clean and modern. Outstanding bathroom and shower. Empty fridge for our own drinks /​fruit etc etc. plus a minibar too if we wanted.
Breakfast was buffet … Again, it was outstanding.
Food outlets in the resort and the bars are five star. The pools and gym — perfection.
Location is perfect too — lovely area. We bought a few essentials in Safeways which is a min away in the car.
10 out of 10. Well done to all the staff.

This hotel is not that great. Stayed one night here and glad we didn’t stay more. We had a traditional double room. The beds were hard. The linens and pillows were nice but that’s about it. We could hear our neighbors all night long. One was constantly going in and out of their sliding glass door and we could hear the tracks. Must have been the upstairs guest. Then at 5:30am we all were awakened by the neighbors phone alarm! The common walls are obviously thin.
The pool area is good only if you have small kids. My teens were bored after a couple of hours. The food in the pool area is mediocre. Pulled pork was dry and Mac n cheese was cold. The OK Corral is useless in the summer due to minimal shade. The pieces are too hot to use.
Had a banquet breakfast with our group and the food there was mediocre as well.
I’ve had better service and comfort at hotels for a third of the price! Go elsewhere.

One of the top luxury resort hotels in North Scottsdale. If you are here on business or just on vacation with family this is an outstanding resort to stay at. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants in North Scottsdale and outdoor shopping malls. Expect to pay more than average but well worth the experience.
The golf course here is always immaculate and very well kept. Never crowded mainly due to the prices they charge.
You are not going to get the true southwestern feel at this resort so if that’s what your looking for then head north. If your looking for fun and food, head south.
Giving this 5 stars because every time I come here I feel like I’m on vacation and never want to leave.

Beautiful hotel in a great location of Scottsdale. Near tons of shopping and great dining.
There is great dining on the resort as well, with several restaurants, including Deseo which we ate at twice. They have gluten free options, which is really important for me.
We loved the gym and spa. We did not hang out in the pools, as it was in the 60s when we visited. However, they looked great and like they would be a blast in the summer. But, probably crazy at the same time.
We came here during the off season, so it was quiet. We do not have children, and we enjoy going places without kids. However, this resort has a number of activities for children, and they definitely cater to families, as well as couples like my husband and I.
The staff is incredibly friendly and very helpful. The staff in the Coffee Flats café were so sweet and adorable each day and night. We loved going to see them for coffee, hot chocolate, and ridiculous sweets they have on hand.
We had a beautiful room overlooking the golf course. I would highly recommend this kind of location. We had a view of the patio below, with the fires going and the bagpipes playing at night.
We are coming back in February and are looking forward to it!

Swanky hotel where everything you can imagine is part of the resort!
They mean it when they say resort here. There is a golf course, tennis court, swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, shuttle to the small shopping center, gift shop, bar and during the summer this have this complex water park open during the day only. This resort made my stay wonderful. Nice views of the golf course which I find odd, but sure. Everyone was attentive towards requests. I wanted to see how long the walk would be to Scottsdale quarter and they offered to call up the shuttle driver to take me there. It was a nice drive through the lanes, as it would have taken me ten minutes to walk there. I did walk be to the hotel in ten minutes, so the attractions aren’t far from the resort. One setback is depending on where your room is relative to the lobby you might be giving yourself a self guided tour of the resort. It spans a huge area.
I was there during December so I got to see the 3D holiday paint scaping lightshow during dinner. Very clever and unexpecting for a place like this. For those who were staying in the rooms where the lights were going to shine through, they got a friendly door knock to close their blinds for the show :) It created a nice christmas touch to the season.

Stayed at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa for a ladies weekend. It was our first time in Scottsdale and we didn’t know what to expect.
The resort is beautiful. Amazing looking golf course (although we did not get to play this time), well-​manicured grounds with orange trees & palm trees, medium sized gym with complementary yoga sessions, adult & kid-​friendly pools with a whirlpool, a wave pool, and jacuzzis, patios with fireplaces (bagpiper available at night), and conveniently located next to the commons and quarter (shopping and restaurants).
This place has everything you need.
The rooms: The rooms are average sized. Nothing too special but clean. Don’t expect anything grand. We did get a room with a view of the golf course, which is nice. However, if you are looking quiet, you will get some noise from the patio area down below.
Service: Impecable. Everyone in the hotel is incredibly helpful and professional.
Overall: I would definitely come here again with the hubby and play a round of golf and enjoy a nice luxury weekend!

My family and I stayed here for the Mother’s Day weekend and took part in their amazing brunch. The spread for Mothers Day was fabulous.
The staff and grounds were five stars all the way. The wide range of children’s activities offered makes this one of the most kid friendly resorts I’ve stayed at in Phoenix. The dining options are five star, Deseo is the best! The only downside was lazy river scenery was disappointing.
We’ll be back for sure!

A fabulous hotel in North Scottsdale with all of the great Westin amenities (heavenly bed, large wonderful showers) combined with a high end resort.
I haven’t stayed at a Westin in a while and so had forgotten just how much I like them. I was here as a part of a conference for 3 days at the end of May. The room I had on the 6^th floor was very large with a king bed, love seat, work desk, flat screen TV and a large bathroom with a separate shower and tub. The shower featured both the rain shower head as well as a hand-​held shower wand. The bathroom also was supplied with high end bath products (green tea).
The public spaces at the hotel are well appointed with new furnishings. The resort also features a very large pool complex and a complete workout facility and spa. It is well landscaped with native plants and flowers everywhere.
Highly recommended especially in the cooler months. In May it was already 107 degrees during our stay!

Thanks to some friends coming into town I got to check out The Westin Kierland Resort, what a great looking place! Very grand.
Room 2163 was the spot, and I have to say I was sort of shocked because it was on the small side; the bathroom had a shower stall for one, not even a bathtub.
There was a nice size king bed that was comfy. My friends brought their dogs with them and the resort does provide kennels, food bowls and even a heavenly doggy pillow for them to sleep on, I thought that was pretty sweet. The doors opened up to a outside seating area next to the lush green grass. The room also had a desk, comfy love seat, mini bar, a mini sink & counter top, just over all was a very small room.
Check out 2 of the pool areas, one where the lazy river is at, posted everywhere it says the lazy river is opened till 7, but we went for it around 6:30 and we were told it was already closed. This pool area closed at 8pm but we just walked across and went to the pool that’s opened 24 hours and hung out there.
Over all enjoyed my time at the Westin Kierland, looking forward to booking a staycation soon!
