History

Established in 2007.

Carl Boettcher of Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania invented and designed a new, safer, easier, faster and more productive method for transporting hand trucks aboard the exterior of commercial delivery vehicles. Developer and contractor Mike Vacendak of Clarks Summit teamed up with Mr. Boettcher to bring the new HTS Ultra-​Rack to market. Today the HTS is used by many different sectors of the delivery industry, food service, beverage companies, parcel delivery, battery distributors, HAZMAT disposal and many others.
