Description

Specialties

Youth Performance Enhancement Training and Injury Prevention.

AIM is not gym membership or place to come and pound weights or simply do agility drills. It is a more comprehensive development program customized for young athletes that better compliment their specific athletic endeavors. We focus on improving the body so that it can perform to maximum potential. Coaches will then be able to work and practice with a body that is able to perform the movements and demands required of their respective sport. Therefore providing the opportunity and ability to improve Speed, Power, Agility, Endurance, etc. AIM offers short and long term productivity.

Comprehensive evaluations based on a functional movement screening which assesses each individual athlete’s needs

Perfect for athletic enhancement while helping a growing youth stay as healthy as possible to endure a long season.
